4 guests' feedbackVery pleasant and cozy. Well equipped. Hostess helpful and provided information about places to eat and activities.
Accommodation was adequate. The only problem was that in the middle of a heat wave there was no fan or aircon available. Fortunately, the hostess was able to come up with a plan when it was brought to her attention. The lack of WiFi was a problem, especially since there is no water or mobile phone signals at the site during loadshedding.
Very nice place to relax and hang out with friends and family.
The house we stayed in was nice, but the sleeping arrangements in the main bedroom are not really conducive to a couple staying the night. The main windows have no curtains (although there is a street light immediately outside the window) and the mattress on the main bed is so old it has collapsed and is not fit for sleeping on. The bed is also too small for a couple to sleep in, especially given that it is designed like a box. It was also frustrating that we were not given advance notice that the water is not drinkable and that the pressure pump would need to be switched off until 10 am. Neither of those was a problem for us but there should have been proper transparency ahead of the stay.
