The blouwildebees, kudu, zebras, impalas and blesbokke, and occasionally njalas, can be seen lazily walking around and grazing on the lush grass on this open field as the sun sets.

The unit is very neatly furnished with everything we need. The plunger coffee was a treat. Very friendly and helpful people who are quick to help if something is possibly missing. We will definitely visit again.

We had a great time camping in the large campsite! When we got there we had a problem with the power point. It was sorted straight away and we had no further problems. All the campsites in the large campsite have grass. Some have a little more shade, so ask when booking. There is a small shop that sells ice, soft drinks, ice cream and wood. We look forward to going camping with Die Boer en die Belg again soon.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed even before we got out of the vehicle. The campsite was clean and the braai and trash were cleaned every morning. We booked the private bush camp. It was very spacious, enough room for at least two families, maybe more. The bathrooms were very clean and well equipped, the hot water with the donkey was great fun, as was the small pool. Everything was very neat and comfortable and the service was very good and everyone was very friendly. We didn't visit the rest of the facilities, we had everything we needed at our pitch. I highly recommend The Boer and the Belg and will definitely want to visit them again.
Although it rained all weekend, the campsite was so nicely set up with the extra special hot tub. The donkey white hot water was for me, a first room an incredible experience.
Private Bush Camp does its name true, it is truly private and secluded! There was a wedding on Saturday yet the music was not loud where we were camping. Had they not told us about it when we booked in we would not have known about it! This place will definitely see us again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was better than we expected! We camped with a group of friends and were pleasantly surprised. We saw beautiful wildlife, enjoyed walking and jogging, got good service and the camp facilities were great!
The forest camp was clean. All the thorns were swept away. With two small barefoot children it was great to see. It was more than we expected and definitely our new favorite campsite. Luzanne was wonderful and helpful. She easily adapted to our plans and facilitated everything.

The friendliest staff with the most beautiful hearts. We had so much fun camping. The terrain is incredibly beautiful and every morning on our walk we saw the giraffes, moose, roe deer and more. Our dear woof (baby staffie) enjoyed it just as much. We rested so well and we will see them again soon.
It's our 2nd time camping here at the forest camp, and it was even more beautiful and even more fun. I took my dogs with me this time and they enjoyed themselves with every morning's walk and watching the animals.

We recently spent 5 days camping at Andante. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The ablution facilities are very well equipped and clean. We made daily use of the forest paths, which are very well marked, to ride mountain bikes and jog among the wildlife. There is a small shop that sells water, ice and ice cream among other things which comes in very handy! We will definitely go again!
Beautiful campsite, friendliest service, stars, long walks in the bush and plenty of wildlife. Definitely a must for a peaceful getaway. We loved our trip and definitely planning on coming back. Note they give you firewood.
Andante is a very peaceful place. We stood at the private campsite which has its own bathrooms and tub. The rest of the caravan park is about 500 m away. It also looked very neat. Cleaning services came daily. The wheelbarrow load of wood for R50 was fantastic and I was able to have a great barbecue in the forest. The tub was cleaned daily and we were provided with new wood. It is not a very large farm but we were able to see just about everything on each of our self drive game drives and there is quite a variety. The sable belly was an added bonus.
Reception was very friendly and helpful. The wooden house is very well equipped. Didn't lack anything. Will definitely go again.
We really enjoyed the private forest camp. It is beautiful, peaceful, private and the wood fired hot tub was the icing on the cake. The donkey kettle worked great and we always had hot water. There was also more than enough wood available to supply the donkey, boma and hot tub with wood. If the forest, nature, privacy and tranquility are your thing, we can recommend Andante's private forest camp with an open heart.

We stayed in the Hout Huis and the place is beautiful, big and a lot of attention has been paid to the comfort of the guests. Nice clean and very friendly staff. The "Hot Tub" at the boma was a winner. We will stay there again.
I can really recommend Andante for a nice quiet forest break. The log house is nicely secluded with nice walking paths in the area. The log house is excellently equipped with everything you need. The boma area and KolKol Jacuzzi provided hours of relaxation. We will definitely come again.

Andante is the perfect place to rest. It's so peaceful you can almost hear your batteries recharging. There is enough wildlife to turn a morning or afternoon walk into an adventure. The great variety of bird species is incredible. The "hot tub" at the chalets is a great addition. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent service. We stayed at the private bush camp and will go back without a doubt. We hope to bring our friends together soon. The camp is very nicely laid out, you can have a nice barbecue, visit around the fire etc. with enough shade for the winter sun. We laid around the camp all day, read a book, played ball with the dog and in the late afternoon went for a walk and saw some beautiful wildlife. Just book your stay here today!

A beautifully kept game farm. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend of "glamping". Our private campsite was huge, very private with an impeccably clean private ablution block with finishing touches you wouldn't normally get at a campsite. The manager Lize, and all the staff were very friendly and always available. The vast species of beautiful birds put on quite the show. Could lounge by the pool, while the kids swam and do some bird watching without moving a muscle. Really is a great place.

If you are a nature lover, book with Andanté! It's just far enough to feel like you're breaking away from the city, but close enough to reach before sunset on a Friday afternoon after work. The campsite and facilities exceeded our expectations - the ablutions are extremely neat and clean, there is a swimming pool and climbing frames (should you come camping here with your family) and enough shade to camp underneath. FC, camp manager, took good care of us and checked in twice daily to see if everything was okay. In the morning, Philip cleaned the braai and rubbish bin. We felt safe at all times and knew we could contact FC if we needed anything. The field walks in the mornings and afternoons were a highlight - gemsbok, nyala, eland, zebra, blue wildebeest and other animals seen with every excursion. At reception, good WiFi, braai wood, fire lighters, soft drinks, ice cream, meat, water, ice and other products were available. We look forward to our next visit. We had a great time camping in the private forest camp. Elk, blesbok and roe deer close enough to view from our campsite. Braai facilities and ablution facilities cleaned daily, as well as wood replenished for the donkey and the hot bath. Will definitely camp here again!

Jonas or Johannes came to help us set up. It helped so much because he knows exactly what to do and how to do it. The ablution block was always clean with hand soap and ear buds and enough toilet paper. Maria washed our dishes and was always very friendly and helpful. The grills and bins were emptied and cleaned every day. The weather was hot, but great for camping. The walk on the farm was great, because we encountered the giraffes, warthogs, sables, blesbok and nyala. At reception, the air conditioning and WiFi were very convenient as well as the ice, ice cream and cold soft drinks. We enjoyed the time very much.
We had a wonderful rest. The environment is very peaceful and the site is extremely neat. Ablutions were always clean and we had hot water for bath or shower every time. Many goats seen - waterbuck, nyala, duiker and blue wildebeest among others. Rich birdlife - blue siskins, gray loons, yellowfinches, executioners and many others. Even though we only camped there for a weekend, it felt like we had a nice long vacation, so rested we felt.
From the time we booked we were kept up to date through communication by Andante Wildsplaas. There was quite a bit of Game on the farm, because the game was culled during Covid-19. The farm is not terribly big either, nor would I have asked people any money to do the Game Drive with their own vehicle, especially not at this stage, because there is not much game and the farm is quite small. They are in the process of acquiring more land.
We camped at Andante for a weekend and it was lovely! The people who work there went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and were cleaned regularly. There was someone patrolling at night and we felt safe. We really enjoyed the goats and ostriches that graze in and around the camp. It's real genuine, 100% Bushveld tranquility, we will definitely camp there again. I even found a bacon tree.

Dit was ongelooflik lekker! My kinders het so gespeel en fiets gery deur die veld saam met die kamp se kinders, hulle het ook die diere se spore gevolg, konsert gehou op die boom wat omgeval het. Hulle het net etenstye aangemeld. Die kampplek is groot en die badkamers baie skoon. Die diens was ongelooflik, hulle lewer alles sommer by jou staanplek af!

The stand alone bush camp is powerless, but has neat bush camp facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and there was no noise from locals or a passing road. Two separate shower facilities, as well as flush toilets. Hot water is obtained by making fire in the donkey. Firewood for this was available. The braai area is neat and large. The big surprise was the heated private hot tub. We had a great time private and would like to visit again.

I walked to the toilet from the caravan in the middle of the night and startled my boss when a goat purred to my right. Because we almost camped in the forest. That's what makes Andante special - you get out into the real unspoiled forest. On foot or by bike you can go on a leisurely discovery trip and all the animals on the site can be seen - but you have to go looking for them, which makes it exciting. Some evenings nyalas grazed shyly-curiously close to our braai fire and on another twilight evening we watched sable bellies from our camp chairs. Our five nights in the Andantebosveld were just what the doctor ordered for these city folk. Hóógs to recommend to others who, like us, are looking for rest and silence. At least it helped that we were the only ones in the campground.
This is the perfect getaway to the tranquility of the bushveld, with all modern conveniences. We were a family of 4 (2 kids 5 and 8 years old) accompanied by 3 other families total of 14 campers. The children had a great time swimming in the pool located in the middle of the campsite - which makes it convenient to keep an eye on them. The nice big braaiers at each stand were properly cleaned every morning. The other nice thing is that there is enough space between the pitches so it doesn't feel too cramped. It's wonderfully quiet for those important afternoon naps. My desire to exercise was very little, but the other campers had fun with their bikes on the different paths. There are clear directions for those who wanted to incorporate a late afternoon walk. The bathrooms are as neat and clean as your own. Lize and FC carry people on their hands and don't forget Jonas who was willing to help set up tents. A final must is a game drive - it was so affordable it felt like the days when you could buy 2 chappies for 1 cent. See you again soon Andante.

The little bottle of fish food for the khoi in our little pond was a pleasant surprise. It rained for most of our stay, and with a thatched roof and the wetness that came with the rain, we developed a deep appreciation for the net over the bed. The chorus of frogs at night around the pond and the multitude of bird species that came to eat and drink daily left no idle moment. Antelopes could be seen everywhere, from the main gate to the camp and a stone's throw from our braai facilities. Bugs were plentiful of many kinds and the frogs, fish and birds had a feast. The air conditioning saved us from the worst bushveld heat. Mobile phone reception was rotten, but that's to be expected in the forest. WiFi is a good option for the future.

Quiet, beautiful and the animals.
Everything from start to finish what an incredible experience. The management is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent, bathrooms very clean. The farm is incredibly peaceful and just what we needed. We camped with a 4 year old and my parents stayed in a rondavel unit. The unit's facilities are also very good with air conditioning and nice outside facilities. We were really very impressed with Andante and would definitely recommend it. We are definitely going back. Thank you very much for the nice visit.
We had a great camp. The camping facilities are clean, tidy, enough shade for the heat of October. The swimming pool is also ideally located with our children (who can all swim well) and we had a great time cycling and walking and were lucky to see almost all the different animals on the farm. Of course there are many thorns that fall from the thorn trees (it's a bushveld farm) and shoes help with that.
At first glance, everything looks calm, quiet and tidy. Just what tired stressed people need to get away from it all. Friendly people in the office, we were immediately asked if we wanted wood and ice. Even the cleaner was very friendly and scrubbed our barbecue clean. No road noise at Andante, beautiful place!

For the outdoor enthusiast, Andante is one of the best I've camped at. It is about a two hour leisurely drive from Pretoria. The camping ground is very neatly laid out, with enough personal space between pitches. The ablutions were always clean and the facilities in working order. The staff at reception were very friendly and the site workers particularly courteous and helpful. We were only there for four nights, but were able to experience a large variety of birds and game species right from the comfort of your camp chair. The walking routes meander through a tree- and forest-rich woodland environment and one never has to walk the same route twice. Andante we will surely see again.
There are lots of shade trees and the people go out of their way to make sure everything is in order. Every afternoon someone brings you wood or ice or whatever you need from the little shop.

We had fun camping, cycling with our children and swimming. There were many kinds of game to look for in the forest. If you want to relax and get away from the noise of city life this is a great getaway.
We had a great time camping, ablution was clean and tidy. Pitches nice and far apart and big. Children really enjoyed the cycling and space. We will definitely go again.
There are not enough stars to rate this place. We have never stayed at a place where we wanted to go back twice. That is, until we visited Andante. The people are friendly, they help where they can and nothing is too much effort. The resort is clean, the pool is clean and the accommodation is nicely laid out and fully equipped. We will definitely recommend the resort to young and old.

Andante Game Farm's people are very friendly and hospitable. Very neat and clean bathrooms. Campsite neat and clean. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for tranquility in the bush. Negative (my opinion): Not much to keep kids busy. Time it right if you want to take a shower... run out of hot water quickly.
Stayed in one of the rondavels at Andante. The hospitality and neatness was amazing. Looking forward to another visit in the future.
It's the little things at Andante that surprise you! Friendly lady at reception, hand soap at the ablution sinks, always enough toilet paper, enough hooks behind the shower doors to hang everything, barbecue grills that are sanded down and cleaned every morning, and best of all, every afternoon the camp supervisor at every pitch to take wood and ice orders and within an hour they are delivered (at R15 for a decent bag of wood). On Christmas Day the office where the ice, wood, soft drinks, ice cream and other general items are stored was left open with a note that guests could take what they needed and write everything down in a book for later payment - I don't think many other resorts wouldn't even consider doing it! It was noticeable that maintenance is done here on a daily basis. If someone is looking for a peaceful environment and atmosphere, they will surely find it at Andante.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rondavel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and the service excellent. We had a wonderful rest. We just want to suggest that they provide bedside tables as well as handrails at the toilet and shower for senior citizens and "disabled people" to hold on to so they don't fall. It will also help to have a mirror in the bedroom when you blow dry your hair. Andante, thank you very much for everything! You guys deserve a 100%.
The reception was very friendly and helpful. The house was neat and well equipped. Kitchen could do with a little attention, especially cups and cutlery.

From our arrival everything was top class. We were warmly received by Karen. Karen made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. Saw some nice wildlife. Andante we will definitely see you again soon.
Naboomspruit is not a town we would have simply visited, but we were there for our son's rugby tour. We were extremely impressed with our accommodation at Adante, so much so that we will definitely be going back again. The rondavel was clean and the beds very comfortable. Although there are some rondavels close together, the braai facilities for each rondavel are private. We really enjoyed the tranquility and wildlife.

Andante Game Farm is a nice, quiet place where you can relax.
Andante Game Farm is located very close to Polokwane, and very clean and tidy facilities. The nature is very beautiful and animals walk all around you. There are many peaceful and easy walking routes on the farm. In the evening it is the tranquility of oneself, come rest and enjoy nature!
A very nice place. Even though we were out playing golf during the day, we could relax after a long day!
The Pool Suites were very neat and well located. Great time spent.
Andante Game Farm is the ideal getaway from the city's noise to just sit somewhere and relax and do nothing and be able to look up into the evening and see and appreciate the starry sky again.

The Farm has a beautiful new events venue for weddings, birthdays, year end functions and music shows.
There is also a 6 hectare open bush field which seems to be the meeting place of most of the species of buck in the late afternoon. The blouwildebees, kudu, zebras, impalas and blesbokke, and occasionally njalas, can be seen lazily walking around and grazing on the lush grass on this open field as the sun sets.
