7 guests' feedbackIt was lovely, quiet even though it is close to Olifantstraat. Very nice and spacious house and well designed. My only complaint, the owner may need to pay some attention to the mattresses. Furthermore, everything one can think of to need is there.
We had an incredibly nice stay at the Watergat. There is definitely more than one needs. There is a gas grill, gas pipe lighter, camping cot and even plastic glasses and plates for children, which you don't find in the standard self-catering units. This definitely shows that the place is not a standard self-catering unit, but rather something remarkable. The prepaid meters were new to us, but we got the hang of it quickly. Air conditioners in every room, a beautiful swimming pool, a nice indoor barbecue and even an outdoor fire pit. Good quality bedding and a lovely big table in the kitchen to play board games or just have a good chat. Let me just mention, this self-catering unit has a drawer in the kitchen with loads of board games to choose from. The amount of extras that the Waterhole has thought of is remarkable. All the rooms in the house are modern and neat. It creates a luxurious feeling. The doors to the rooms are particularly beautiful and they are exclusive. We will definitely book again at Die Watergat.
We had a wonderful time in Die Watergat and felt so at home. The house is fantastically equipped, even with swimming towels provided. The children decided that we should also stay in such a house forever. Was a great holiday and will definitely make this our new woodland home.
Everything was great. Enjoyed all the animals visiting every half hour, and the variety was amazing. The house is very well equipped, and it felt so homely. Really great value for money. Just a bit close to other houses and had problems with noise, but overall good.
It feels like a little piece of paradise in the woods, nice and private and peaceful. Nice, clean and neat finishes.
The place is a very nice place. House is laid out practically. Everything you could need is there.
Relax, and everything you need is there. Just worried about the pool and small children.
