The Wit Haas is a beautiful, comfortable and luxurious self-catering unit that stands alone. The unit consists of 3 parts, a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, living room and dining room, and a kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed, with quality linen and an electric blanket which helped a lot against the cold night, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The water was quickly heated to make for a pleasant shower. There was luxury soap and hand cream at the sink, and soap in the shower. What was very nice and convenient was that there was a plug by the mirror as well as a hairdryer. This is something you rarely find in a self-catering unit and it was very convenient to dry your hair by the mirror. Thanks for the convenience. There was also an oil heater to heat the room. Nice big bath towels were provided as well as towels for the sink. The living area had a fireplace and we got a pack of wood for free and after that you pay R30 for a bag. It was bitterly cold and the fire warmed the whole room. It was cozy to just sit quietly and drink a little wine. We could sit comfortably at the dining room table to eat and there were lots of candles to create a romantic atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can think of, nice glasses, cutlery, plates and cups, microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a washing machine. Nothing was missing. The large microwave worked well, there was coffee, sugar, fresh milk in the fridge and other treats that you could enjoy if you so desired. The unit was fenced and your car was parked under cover. Very conveniently close for packing and unpacking your luggage. The check-in and check-out was convenient with a "self check-in and check-out" and the hostess was very friendly and helpful and sent information and directions in advance via WhatsApp. Free WiFi was provided. There were also emergency lights in all the rooms should there be load shedding. There were also many information sheets which were interesting to read, a lot of care was given to detail to ensure your stay is 5 star. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay, and we can definitely recommend the Wit Haas as excellent accommodation. You will not regret staying here, and we will definitely come again.

Incredible place. Offer more than required. Very clean and tidy. High quality: bed linen, towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment. Covered parking. Strong water pressure and nice hot water. We were informed ahead of time about roadworks on the pass, were able to adjust our travel plans well in advance. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

What a gem in Nieuwoudtville. The White Hare is picture perfect! Everything is of excellent quality. The bed sleeps like a dream and with luxury linen. The house is super clean and tidy. The decor is tasteful with modern and vintage elements that go together beautifully. Thank you for all the treats, biscuits, cappuccinos and hot chocolate. The firebomb outside creates a wonderful atmosphere. We can recommend Die Wit Haas with full confidence. Looking forward to being able to experience it in the flower fight.

Surrounded by flowers this overnight is a nice treat! Very tasty with lots of treats. Definitely very artistic planning! We stayed there for a lovely 2 days. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a gem in Niewoudtville. So neat and it feels like you're going back in time with all the beautiful decor and detail. The service was of high quality and we were received kindly and our hostess was very concerned about us and constantly made sure everything was in order for our stay.
