18 guests' feedbackViewpoints very untidy and dirty, have report but no response. Dirt road is washed out and is dangerous.
The boma braai was great and fits in with the bushveld atmosphere. Definitely worth it.
No person at reception on arrival. Our welcome envelope wasn't there either, as if they forgot we were coming. There is no communication between head office and Ditholo regarding payments, makes one feel uncomfortable.
Friendly reception. Food was excellent. Value for money.
Enjoyed our stay and the game drive very much. Very relaxing environment with good food and super friendly and helpful staff. The only things we didn't enjoy was the dessert of dinner and the dirt road to the lodge.
We celebrated our 18 year wedding anniversary, lovely getaway not too far from Pretoria. The gravel road was easy to drive. Lodge is neat and offers everything you could ask for for one night. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. Bartender very friendly. Hippos at the lodge make it a special experience.
However, the rooms need an update, especially the bedding and the 4-star does not justify the venue. Saturday night boma braai excellent!
Pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly reception. Neat and clean. The food gets a five out of five! The lookout area over the dam needs renovation and for over-the-shoulder peeps in SA, burglar bars might be a plus to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the bird life early in the morning.

We rested wonderfully and really appreciated the true hospitality in the bushveld. The service is excellent and would not hesitate to visit the Lodge again.
Ditholo Lodge was a wonderful experience. The hospitality and service of the staff is top notch. We will definitely visit there again!
Very friendly reception, the knowledge, information and experiences that the manager shared was an experience, delicious food, very peaceful, clean and tidy. Will definitely go again.
Special thanks and mention must be made to the Management. Then one must not forget about the chef.

The food is not up to standard though.
The only downfall is the entrance road to reach the lodge. Barring that, we had a superb time.
We had a great time and the service was fantastic. The place is earthy and the food very tasty. Keep it up!
