House rules

Child Policy:
- Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
- Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.

Conditions/Notes:
- A R2000 key and breakage deposit is payable either on arrival, or with full payment and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days after the apartment has been scrutinised and all found in order. We encourage you to let us know if any breakages occur during your stay so that we might attend to them. Although you may be liable to pay for the repair, we won’t bite your head off!
- Regrettably, no pets allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- For long stays exceeding 6 nights, additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost, please enquire for more details.
Minimum stay required
- 2 nights at all times

- 3 / 4 nights over long weekends
- 4 nights over Easter weekend
- 5 nights in high season
- Long weekends must be booked as a complete entity
- The check-in time: 14h00 to 18h00. Please contact the agent in regarding late arrivals
- Check-out time: 10h00. Late check-outs by prior arrangement only.
- Rates: Subject to change without prior notice.

Nevertheless, the agent(s) regret that the owners, management, servants and agents hereby stipulate that they are unable to accept liability or responsibility for any injury loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or from any other cause of whatever nature; which is suffered by any person who enters the premises or by the dependants or principals of such person, and it is hereby recorded that entry occurs absolutely at own risk and that the owners, management, servants and agents are released from and indemnified against any and all claims of whatever nature, unless the occurrence of such claim can be attributed to any circumstances within owners, management, servants and agents reasonable control.
