The edge of our garden is the beginning of the 250 hectares of indigenous Dlinza Forest, one of the many beautiful forests in Zululand. The forest is easily accessible and is currently visited by birdwatchers from all over the world hoping to catch a glimpse of rare bird species.

Excellent positioned to visit Dlinza Forest, a must for any birdwatcher.
Cabins were well equipped and comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as water in the fridge, small jars of cereal etc. Lovely well kept grass area for children to play safely outside. Right at the edge of the forest with numerous footpaths and the raised boardwalk. Very friendly host. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.
Great accommodation, safe and secure parking, with an alarm system on the house for piece of mind. Close to walk to the forest boardwalk. Good kitchen facilities for preparing food.
I loved staying with Alan and Bev. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The garden and cottages are lovely, full of amazing birds including tambourine doves and purple-crested turacos! In addition, it is right next to Dlinza Forest, a wonderful bit of nature that has to be experienced!
Will go again, but just not take the road through Zululand. There are many cattle and goats on the road.
Very comfortable and it was great to be able to walk directly into the Dlinza Forest.
