Was a lovely visit.
Beautiful accommodation right on the beach. Could not be any closer to the water. Everything was in good condition, and the added bonus was parking in front of the unit. The only downside was the cleaning ladies arriving at 8 am while everyone was in bed, delaying our plans by an hour. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.
The accommodation was fantastic, very neat and nicely located, walking distance from restaurants.
Terribly nice, will always recommend the place and go back there myself.

Everything for us was perfect. I can't wait to go again.
Had a great stay, with a beautiful ocean view and just a few steps away from the beach. Not to mention the fast WiFi, which makes it feel like home, as well as the UPS, which made our power situation a bit more tolerable. The host was very friendly and responsive. Thanks to the host and her cleaning staff for being so helpful and polite during our stay.

The location is perfect. Unit is nice and close to the swimming beach and restaurants. There is enough space in the unit for 6 people. I would definitely book the unit again.
As they always say, "All advantages have disadvantages!" It's right on the beach and on the ground floor which is incredibly nice, but you struggle to see on the beach because you have to try to see security fences and bushes in between. So, where we as parents wanted to sit on the porch and watch the kids playing on the beach, we couldn't and unfortunately you have to get up every now and then and walk to the end of the porch to see the beach. Overall it was an incredibly nice place and very neat.
Easy to receive the keys from Shell. The place is very neat with everything you need. Very, very close to the beach and restaurants and Spar. Secure parking right in front of the unit. The weekend was just too short, next time we will stay a month.
Great location and amenities. Please improve on the customer onboarding process. Fees must be inclusive of risk for breakages. The cleaning service can be improved.

Best location and value for money.
It's the 1st time I book a place and it's better in real life than in the photo. Beautiful, clean and spacious with the most delicious porch. Value for money.
Dolphin Bay is beautiful inside and out. Convenient covered parking right in front of the door. The whole place has trellidors in front of the windows and doors so very safe. It is spacious and has a very nice open plan kitchen and living area. The 3 bedrooms are extremely neat and clean. The bathrooms are beautiful. The nice big porch with the tan chairs is such a nice place to hang out. You look directly at the sea while visiting and barbecuing. It is one breathtaking place and we will surely go there again on holiday.

For me it was the comfort and layout of the unit, easy access to beach, friendly atmosphere and close to all shops and restaurants. Best was early morning walks along the boardwalk.

We had a really nice stay. Everything about the apartment was nice for us. Clean neat decent bedding and beds. Everything you need was there, except a grater. Perfectly located. We will come again soon.

It was great to be able to leave the glass doors open in the evening so you could hear the waves throughout the evening and feel safe at the same time. The sea view every morning on the veranda with a cup of coffee was my highlight and to be able to see people walking up and down the deck and the beach so early certainly inspired us to do it ourselves. The apartment was clean and tidy and has everything you need. The DStv didn't work the first few days, but Karin at Prop247 quickly sorted it for us. It's great that you don't have to drive to a beach, you walk through a gate to the beach. We were in the sea and on the beach from early every morning. The shops are also conveniently close. We had to pick up our 2 teenagers from King Shaka International Airport and it was only a 15 minute drive too.
Beautiful unit with all facilities needed for a seafront holiday. Walking distance to restaurants and will definitely make use of this unit again in the future.

Place was very clean and tidy and on the beach. Walking distance to eateries and shops.
Had to pay a linen fee for a 2 night stay. Majority of the weekend stays are only 2 nights. Must be making good money. The breakage fee, I was supposed to get it back 5 days after check out, this has not happened. Had to ask several times what is happening.
There was only 1 thing. You say the units do have gas bottles, but unfortunately our unit didn't have 1.
