Two of the rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, and the third room is equipped with twin beds. All of the bedrooms offer sea views and have ceiling fans as well. The kitchen in the house is fully equipped, containing modern Smeg appliances such as a gas oven and stove; a coffee machine; a washing machine with a dryer; a dishwasher, and other appliances.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, and there is a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and selected DStv viewing. Free Wi-Fi is also provided in the house. The lounge is adjacent to an entertainment area, which includes a telescope for either whale, dolphin or bird watching, and a bookshelf. This area has stack doors which opens onto a deck area, that has patio furniture and a Weber gas and coal braai facility to use.
