Dolphin Bay Beach House is situated on the edge of the beachfront overlooking the most beautiful beach, lagoon, and wetland of the small South Coast village of Munster. The house offers direct access to a pristine unspoiled beach, only a short stroll across the lawn.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms and sleeps 12 guests. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the fifth bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms that are fitted with baths and showers. The third bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath. The fourth bathroom is fitted with a shower. There is also a guest toilet in the house. The main bedroom and the fifth bedroom have air-conditioners, and the rest have ceiling fans. All bedrooms have fantastic ocean views.

The open-plan living area comprises a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a double-door fridge, a kettle and a deep freezer. There is also an additional deep freezer in the garage. The living area leads out onto a semi-enclosed verandah with outdoor seating and offers spectacular views of the ocean. The lounge area has comfortable couches, a TV with selected DStv channels and a surround sound system. Additionally, there is a TV upstairs in the main bedroom.

There is a large upstairs sea-facing wooden deck. At the back of the house, there is an outdoor entertaining area with a built-in braai. There is a small portable braai on the wooden deck, as well as a large portable braai for the downstairs verandah and a 4-burner gas braai.

The double garage adjoins the house and the backyard area is fully walled and gated. The driveway gate and garage door are both remote-controlled. There are 2 alarm systems, 1 for external and 1 for internal use. The alarms are connected to a 24-hour armed response manned by Chubb security.
