Please be advised that there is a 10,000-liter water tank on the property, which can be supplemented by the 5,000-liter rainwater tank, provided there has been sufficient rainfall to fill it. Water should be used sparingly. If additional water is needed, the tenant will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a tanker to fill the tanks.Cleaning can be arraged upon request at an addtional cost of R300 per night.
