Hidden gem in Eastern Free State. Awesome place!
What a lovely little winter wonderland, it was cosy and warm with the fireplace alight. The trees encompass the mill, giving you these lovely views. What a lovely stay, we highly recommend the disconnect from society to reconnect to one another.

There is a chance that water pipes may freeze during the night in winter months, please bear with us as this is beyond our control.
Please keep the gates to the river and farm closed at all times to keep cattle and horses out.
Cell reception is limited to roaming, however, should you need to access WhatsApp, please stand on the stoep at the old shed for the River Lodge.
Access to the Mill is restricted. Please steer clear of the sluices and turbines.

The bathroom has a corner bath with a shower attachment. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and mini-oven with a 2-plate stove.
