House rules
- Houses and apartments are booked strictly based on the number of beds available. The number of guests in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.- Bookings for groups of adults are not accepted.
- No day visitors are allowed and no visitors from other units are allowed.
- No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of the day or night. Quiet times are between 20:00 and 08:00.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years or older.
- All outstanding fees must be paid 2 weeks before arrival for off-season times, and 1 month for in-season times via cash, EFT or bank deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded on the 7th or 21st day of each month following the departure date.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking inside the unit is not allowed.
- Cleaning services are available at extra cost, only on weekdays.
- Units must be left tidy, with few dirty dishes.
