Dorado Bay has everything one needs. Breathtaking view, much more beautiful than the photos! We also saw dolphins from the porch. Access to a private beach and 24 hour security. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.
Had one of our most enjoyable holidays at Dorado Bay for sure. Will definitely book there again.
We were very happy overall but the couches are in such a poor state that you cannot sit on them. (No base cushion support). 10/10 for everything else.
Dorado Bay is really one of my favorite places. We had such a nice stay. The accommodation has everything you need, it feels like you are staying on the beach. Neat, comfortable and definitely accommodation that I can recommend. The private beach and nice swimming pool are the icing on the cake.
Very nice view, safe, children are a few steps from the beach. Very neat, clean and everything you need. Will definitely go again.
I unfortunately have some negative points to highlight. When we arrived at our unit, our refrigerator was not working. We stayed without a fridge for 3 days. The grass was long and the porch still dirty. Outside trash was still full of previous people's trash. The curtains in our unit were also very dirty. As well as the rooms and floors. The description on the website of the unit can also be improved so that guests know exactly what is in the unit, e.g. tumble dryer, DStv, cleaner included for every Monday, etc. The lounge set we would recommend needs new cushions. We couldn't sit on it, the cushions need to be replaced, when we sit, we literally sit on the hard sofa itself. But the location and surroundings are fantastic.
The only downside is that this unit has zero reception. We couldn't even receive cellphone calls. I feel that for the amount of money spent the owners should look at installing some kind of ADSL or fibre.
Other than the network problem at Unit 24, everything was excellent.

The unit is more than fully equipped. There is everything you can think of, apart from things out of your control like load shedding, the weather and no cell phone reception, absolutely excellent accommodation. No cell phone and internet is actually very gratifying because the people could talk to each other and play board games and enjoy each other's company. And then the bonus that none of the work can bother you. The whole complex is also exceptionally beautiful and the swimming pool a big bonus. Then there is the fact that the beach is almost completely private and not easily accessible from other places, which makes it that much more special. Very good place if you want to get away from the rat race of life.
