13 guests' feedbackThe unit met all our expectations and everything was there for comfortable self-catering accommodation. All that did bother us and put a slight damper on our stay is that there was only Netflix available. I also had to activate it with some difficulty and it was also a struggle with the remote control. Out of desperation, we later left it on just one channel.
Doric 005 is a very nice apartment to stay at. Very good location near the Groen Punt stadium and many restaurants. Looks exactly like the pictures. Secure parking behind a gate. The security helped us with our check-in and check-out. During our time at Doric 005 the weather was very hot. We opened all the windows, but a fan would definitely have helped a bit more. Other people in the apartment block were very quiet and peaceful. The WiFi does not pick up 100% in the room, but does work well in other areas of the apartment. TV and light work during load shedding! We will definitely stay at Doric 005 again!
This is a very nice place, would highly recommend it.
Clean, tidy, beautiful apartment in the heart of Groenpunt with shops, delis and restaurants all around. My husband and I had a great time for the weekend and are already planning to go again. The "host" was so helpful and friendly. A must if you want to get away for a nice romantic weekend.

I would love to go again, it was so nice. The security was friendly. Until we had to clock out, the cleaning lady was full of attitude. There was a spot on the blanket, she opened the washing machine's door with real attitude and smashed it closed. That was not nice to see, she was utterly rude and had no respect towards me nor us, if I had stayed longer I would've cleaned it myself but I couldn't because it was time for me to book out.

The unit is very neat and clean and very well located.
The visit was certainly interesting. To come from the countryside and to spend time in the city, and to sit across a traffic light and watch from the balcony, and then just realize the need that people have. Only then do you realize how privileged you are to be able to spend the night in such a nicely equipped apartment for a few days, let's just say it opened my eyes to so many things, and the experience was life-changing.
