We had everything we needed in the apartment and enjoyed our stay. The pictures of teh view from the apartment does not do it any justice. Wonderful place.

Neat accommodation with a wonderful view over False Bay, and a sunrise every morning.
The core photo's view is exactly that. Breathtaking. Unfortunately you cannot/may not open those wonderful windows a. g. v the upperclassmen who are in Simonstad. I wish we knew that ahead of time. Location is good, but there is a school camp right in front of the place and the children made a lot of noise.

The apartment is situated in a great area and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. The owners are kind and extremely helpful. They truly go out of their way to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. I will definitely visit again.

The place is very close to Simon's Town, so it is very easy to access the shops, restaurants and museums there. It has a very beautiful view out over the sea and is a short walk from the beach. The place itself is very comfortable as well. Owners of the place are also very friendly and helpful!

We had a great time and Pat and Francois made us feel so welcome. Even though the wind blew a lot on the weekend we could just sit and enjoy the beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there to see that you actually have a 180 degree "view" (you can't see it on the web so I feel the pictures don't do the place "justice"). The place is well equipped and was also very clean. We will definitely go there again.

The view was incredibly beautiful.
In the evening we squinted at the lights and early in the morning we sat and waited for the sunrise. It is definitely value for money. You cannot imagine yourself more beautiful than this. Would love to go in the summer to be able to frolic in the sea.

The stay was great. Very clean, quiet and tidy with your own entrance and a view that leaves you speechless for hours. Boulders beach with the penguins is walking distance.
