Lovely apartment with spectacular ocean, harbor, and mountain views. Situated in the charming old village opposite the old harbor with its bustling boats and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and pubs. Perfect for the ideal holiday or weekend getaway.

The four-level apartment is light and airy with a dual aspect of the harbor and beach, giving you the best of both worlds. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level. The main en suite contains a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. This room opens onto a separate balcony overlooking the twinkling boats and bustling harbor. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan and has mountain views. The second bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a washbasin.

There is a third queen-size bed at the top level with a separate toilet and a kitchenette and dining area that flows into an entertainment area with a Jacuzzi as well as a rooftop deck with a braai and stunning ocean and harbor views. The Jacuzzi is available at an additional fee.

The main living area is spacious and open plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs and flows into the air-conditioned lounge with a smart TV and full-length wall-to-wall windows to enjoy the beautiful views.

Guests are required to bring their own beach and swimming towels.

A refundable breakage and damage deposit is payable to the establishment. A separate invoice will be generated directly by the establishment and must be settled once the booking has been confirmed.

Smoking is permitted in the upper-level entertainment area and outside on the balconies, but not in any other indoor areas.

The Jacuzzi is available at an additional cost. The Jacuzzi takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up and consumes a significant amount of electricity. It is important to switch off the Jacuzzi when it is not in use and before retiring for the evening. Additional Jacuzzi Operational Guidelines are available if needed.

Towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid will be provided. Guests who wish to use the dishwasher should bring their own tablets and liquid. Additionally, guests should bring their own beach towels, wood, and firelighters.

Initial garbage bags will be supplied. Guests are asked to ensure that garbage bags are placed in the bin before use. All glass items should be separated and placed in the bin at the front door.

No noise is permitted between 23:00 and 09:00.

The apartment accommodates only six people. A maximum of four guests are allowed to visit at any given time, and all visitors must leave the apartment no later than 23:00.

The Wi-Fi is connected to a UPS and will automatically switch over during load shedding. The UPS has three plugs, but please note that nothing with a heating element, such as the kettle, hairdryer, or hair straightener, can be plugged into it.

The black case on the kitchen counter contains a gas plate that can be used during load shedding.

DSTV can be streamed from the TV in the lounge, and there is also access to Netflix and Showmax. Guests are encouraged to use the guest accounts when logging in, or alternatively, they may log out of these accounts and log into their own. Please remember to log out before departure.

Guests are requested to avoid letting water or any fluid spill on the wooden floors. If a spill occurs, it should be dried immediately.

It is important to ensure that all windows, sliding doors, and the garage door are closed when it rains, when the wind is strong, and before retiring for the evening or leaving the apartment. Rain and wind can cause water damage to the floors or damage the blinds.

The umbrella and cushions for the patio furniture are stored in the storage room on the upper level. Guests should turn the knob to tighten the umbrella when using it and remember to bring the cushions and umbrella inside before retiring for the evening or leaving the apartment, as the wind can come up suddenly.

The light switches for the upper level are located on the side of the cupboard, directly opposite the bed area.

Guests should exercise caution when rolling down the blinds in the living room and kitchen. The chains should not be pulled too hard when opening and closing the blinds.

Before leaving the apartment, guests should ensure that all lights and air-conditioners are switched off and that all windows and sliding doors are closed.

The inventory will be checked after departure to confirm that all items are present and in proper condition. Any damages incurred will be deducted from the breakage and damage deposit.

Guests are advised to check the load-shedding schedule for the area, which is Gordon’s Bay area 3. Two load-shedding lamps are provided, charged, and ready for use. Please note that the elevator and garage door do not operate during load shedding. The garage door can be opened manually from the inside only, by pulling the cable and pushing the door open.
