My stay was wonderful. Trevor assisted us promptly upon our arrival. Please consider replacing the sofa as it is a bit old and makes the room appear dull.
First room offered was very dark and rather depressing; second room was fine. Very friendly owner/manager, and easy walk to the (small) center of town, but place could use a bit of maintenance. Though the main things are clean, the electric plugs were sticky --a thorough cleaning would be good. And lots of little things are broken--electric kettle did not work, one bedside lamp was broken. Wifi very slow.
The beds were listed as king size, but they were definitely not king size. At best queen size, but rather closer to regular double beds.
Trevor and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and help where they could. The cottage is infested with biting, red ants. The sleeper couches are way over their expiry dates. The one is so sunk in the centre and the other must be propped against the wall to keep it upright. 3/4 linen was supplied for one couch and single for the other, although it is also 3/4. The shower in the master bathroom does not regulate temperature. A kettle for the gas stove when there is load shedding would be nice. Some of the pillows inside the cases were brown from either dirt or age. The rest of the stay was pleasant and the biggest issue was the ants.
Would definitely recommend the guest house. Picturesque garden and swimming area, was really a pleasure.
Well located, we enjoyed our stay, neat, tidy and clean. Susanne and Oscar are very friendly and attentive. The gardens are beautifully kept and after a day of touring it was amazing to come back and relax in our room.
The garden is a paradise to sit and relax after a day's driving. First place we find that has a tub and shower. Rooms are nice and big. Will definitely go again. Balcony has the most beautiful view.

Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed. Not only were we totally surprised with the room, the surrounding garden and the view of the mountains was beyond breathtaking. We will definitely visit again if we travel through Sabie again.

Very nice, peaceful place. Clean, tidy and the service was excellent. Aunt Susan went out of her way. We had a great time and her workers also deserve credit.
We were a group of 10 cyclists. We were offered the large braai area and access to the kitchen. Later, the gardener volunteered to help wash our bikes daily. And Susan did our laundry at no extra charge. We felt wonderfully at home and had a great time. The only suggestion to make is that a little renovation work can be done on e.g. kitchen cabinet doors, and to make sure an 8-bed unit has enough crockery. We were able to get what we lacked in the large kitchen. Thank you very much!
Suggestion: Intercom system or bell at reception. Had to call someone to help me check in and there was no one at reception when I left either.
We did not have a good experience at all. 1. Upon our arrival we had to wait about 15 minutes before one of the workers helped us. 2. No Covid 19 protocol was followed, no temp taken, no register filled in and worker wore no mask. 3. We booked in Tyrone Suite and ended up in Claire Suite. Claire Suite is very far from the parking. Tyrone Suite is close to the parking. 4. When we left on Sunday, we were drenched in rain even before we got to the first step of the suite. The owner offered to unlock the service door for us on Saturday if we left on Sunday, because then it is closer to the parking lot. On Sunday I sent her a WhatsApp and called to unlock the door because it was raining. I'm still waiting. 5. Lots of noise with people checking in late.

Our first impression was not very good. It was because of a misconception about what the place would look like. There were different couches in the living room than in the photos. Our experience did quickly become positive after we were received very kindly. We enjoyed the whole time and were treated very well. The place is also cleaned very well every day without us being bothered. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service.
My husband and I stayed at Dublin Guest Lodge for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, neat and spacious, with everything we'd need. Fresh milk was provided daily. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The self-catering apartment has everything you need. Suggestion would be to hang curtains at all the venters and not just lace curtains.
Alles prima maar wij willen altijd een goede wifiverbinding om contact te houden met thuis. Het is hier heel erg slecht en als de gastvrouw naar bed gaat om 20.00 of 21.00 is alles uitgeschakeld. Heel erg vervelend.
Our TV didn't work. Was uncomfortable because then we had to look in another unit and then all of a sudden the door of the other unit was unlocked and new people came in without warning.
Excellent but the price keep around R500 - R550 is better.

Was a very nice place to sleep over. The hospitality and communication was brilliant. We had an "event" on in Graskop, but it was 100% worth staying here for the peace of mind and value for money. Will definitely use the guest house again if I have to be in the area at all.

There were even fresh garden roses in the bathroom - a sign of Susan and Oscar's love and enthusiasm! The pool without a net was a bit worrying with small children. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation - everything is beautiful, neat and clean and it is clear that Susan and Oscar have spent a lot of love and time on their place. Thank you very much.
The manager is very pleasant and offers to do all bookings for attractions on behalf of guests. Close to the town/restaurants and touristy things. The room just gets a bit hot in the summer, but is neat and well equipped.
