All we missed a bit was WiFi.
Great rest, everything in a place to stay.
It was excellent and peaceful.
When we arrived, we were surprised at how big and nicely furnished the house was. Although the braai is open, it is well sheltered and the little bit of wind we got did not impact at all on the pleasure of sitting outside and visiting. The place is located near the See Kaia restaurant and shop and getting something quickly was no problem. Have a great time and relax.

What a beautiful place. Spoiled by the fact that we never felt load shedding due to solar panels. Owner has a heart of gold and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Beautiful, characterful house by the sea. Nice decor and lovely outdoor area. Our hostess was lovely. A big bonus is that our puppies could hang out!
You can't ask for more, comfortable clean place to sleep and a step from the beach.
It was very nice to take our dog children with us. They were safe and it was close enough to walk with them to the sea.

Dwarskersbos has always been our refuge from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Duinerosie is very well located, walking distance from the beach. It was the nicest to sleep with the windows open and hear the sound of the waves at night and in the morning. The place is well furnished with everything you need and spacious enough for our family. We really had such a good time, we didn't want to pack up! Definitely going to visit Duinerosie again.

The stay was comfortable although the apartment may need more attention in terms of the furniture and kitchen facilities. Otherwise it was a lovely visit.

Dune erosion is very central to all the round trip between the Western Cape villages. We really enjoyed it and will definitely go again. It also makes it special that you are 200 m from the beach, which makes it ideal for children and is very safe. Thank you very much Duinerosie. Neat and very clean! One can easily visit the place for a week plus. Everything is there!

Would like to visit again, very cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness of accommodation was important to me.
Although this is a care unit itself, coffee and tea will be welcome. It was a fairly cold evening and the hostess helped us very nicely, but we found the blankets inadequate.

I was not impressed with this room. There wasn't a bathtub, just a shower. It felt like I was back in 1960 with the decor, and the price per night was way too much.

The accommodation was neat and just what we were looking for. It had everything you could possibly need. We've stayed at lots of places and therefore always take our own stuff with us out of habit, but it wasn't necessary.

Master bedroom's double bed with the rails at the feet limited leg space, we had to put the mattress on the floor in the living area. My husband is tall and even I didn't have enough leg length space. Maybe just take off the foot rail? The pans/pots can be looked at, there was only 1 pan and it was rusty. The frying pan didn't work, my husband and I tried.
Beds are poor quality. Slept there one night, packed up and went to find other accommodation. It is a "glorified granny flat" at the back of a garden.
