At our request, their Weber barbecue was placed by the pool for a barbecue with our friends and barbecue equipment was provided. Lighting in unit for load shedding, as well as emergency lighting available. Fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

To our utter delight and surprise the host family went out of their way to accommodate and assist us (even helped with taking photos for us and provided healthy school lunch packs for our daughter!). Kenneth and Jeanette personally welcomed us and saw us off. Formidable breakfast. Fridge was full of nice things to eat and drink. Very neat rooms, tastefully furnished and decorated. Both Kenneth and Jeanette were always available. Centrally located. We had to visit several schools and were always at our destination within 10 minutes. I can recommend any person to come and stay here.

Location is very convenient, service was excellent with a delicious breakfast, but the place is very old and requires a little TLC. Vehicle had to sleep outside which was a bit restless. Owners were very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Durbanville Stay. Jeanette went out her way to make us comfortable which including providing us lovely continental breakfasts everyday and packing us flasks of coffee/tea for our day out. We definitely would recommend staying here and will be our go to place if we ever go back to the Cape.
