This 120² meter unit is usually booked out as a whole for the exclusive use of 2 to 6 guests. This duplex has its own entrance and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, desk and cupboard, is located downstairs. This room does not have air-conditioning. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs. One has a double bed (two singles can be arranged for longer stays if required) and the other 2 single beds. Both have cupboards, with access to a separate smaller bathroom. There is a desk in one of the rooms and a dresser in the other. Both these rooms have air-conditioning. Included is a separate dining area, as well as, another room where guests can lounge or watch TV. This room has air-conditioning. This apartment also features a kitchenette that is equipped with a bar fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Crockery and cutlery are available for six persons.
Outside, there is off-street parking that is free of charge.
The facility is located within a 5 km radius of the Stellenbosch Business School and many wine farms, shopping malls, golf courses, horse-racing courses, nature reserve and Durbanville Medi-Clinic hospital. "Die Boer" is within 2 km. Many restaurants, from up-market to fast-food restaurants, are within a 1 - 2.5 km radius. It is also not too far from an ostrich farm, crocodile farm, butterfly world and Giraffe House and Cape Town city centre. The unit is located on the owner's property, which is situated in Durbanville, Cape Town and is close to a variety of attractions. It is very close to Durbanville Pre-Primary, Primary and High School and Fairmont High (from 1.2 - 1.6 km away). Curro, Eversdal, Gene Louw and Stellenberg are also close-by (from 3.5 to 4 km away) so is ideal for families coming for sporting events in Durbanville/Bellville area. It is also close to various business centres in Durbanville and the Tyger Business Park area, so perfect for those travelling on business.

They were both very friendly and treated us with respect. Hostess is a good cook and pleasantly surprised us.
At our request, their Weber barbecue was placed by the pool for a barbecue with our friends and barbecue equipment was provided. Lighting in unit for load shedding, as well as emergency lighting available. Fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Durbanville Stay! Kenneth & Jeanette's hospitality was above par and the breakfasts absolutely fantastic. The facilities were comfortable and clean, the atmosphere warm and relaxing. We will definitely be back if we visit Cape Town again!

We enjoyed our stay at Durbanville Stay very much. To our utter delight and surprise the host family went out of their way to accommodate and assist us (even helped with taking photos for us and provided healthy school lunch packs for our daughter!). Kenneth and Jeanette personally welcomed us and saw us off. Formidable breakfast. Fridge was full of nice things to eat and drink. Very neat rooms, tastefully furnished and decorated. Both Kenneth and Jeanette were always available. Centrally located. We had to visit several schools and were always at our destination within 10 minutes. I can recommend any person to come and stay here.

Location is very convenient, service was excellent with a delicious breakfast, but the place is very old and requires a little TLC. Vehicle had to sleep outside which was a bit restless. Owners were very friendly.
A delicious breakfast is served, but there are also sufficient facilities for self-catering.
I will come back again and again. Good service, clean and pleasant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Durbanville Stay. Jeanette went out her way to make us comfortable which including providing us lovely continental breakfasts everyday and packing us flasks of coffee/tea for our day out. We definitely would recommend staying here and will be our go to place if we ever go back to the Cape.
