I feel there are some things missing which was a frustration - like soap in the bathroom to wash hands with, one room didn't have towels and we had to borrow from the other room, there were no dish cloths, the dish soap was very little and it didn't have a broom either, there wasn't a grater for cheese. If one has accommodation everywhere then it is important to have the essentials such as soap and towels.
My friends and I enjoyed our holes out at 31 Durham Road. It felt like we were at home, so at home we felt. We will definitely book again.
The pull-out sofa was not made up at all. The agent we received was extremely unprofessional. The power was out when we arrived, and she didn't know how to deal with it at all.
