59 guests' feedbackThey provide safe and clean accommodation. It was a privilege to experience their service and friendly staff. We stayed there for 10 nights. They were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay period.
We stayed 3 nights for a rugby tournament and slept great and everything we needed was there!
Very comfortable and quiet.
Everything was clean and tidy and we enjoyed the facilities - only one thing needs to be brought to the attention of the owners, and that was that one mattress was really worn through. It hurt one's back and it caused one not to get a good night's rest.
Place was perfect for a short stay, centrally located too.

Thank you very much! We had a great time and slept, the place is centrally located and was neat and clean and there was everything we wanted! We were even able to check in ahead of time which helped a lot as we were driving a long way and had to go another 2 hours to a function in Wartburg. The owners were friendly and warmly welcomed us and showed us where everything was in the unit and we immediately felt at home! Thank you very much!
The host and hostess received us kindly. Very neat and clean. We will definitely come again. The kids enjoyed the pool very much.

Safe, tidy, spacious accommodation. Room is spacious and well equipped. Bathroom does not have shampoo or shower soap - a bit unexpected. Unfortunately, the stay here was a bit expensive - there is better value in the same area.

We were kindly received and the guest apartment was wonderfully spacious with everything needed. The pure white duvets caught the eye - everything was clean and tidy. The fridge and microwave were a bonus. We would love to stay there again!
Friendly staff and clean and safe place.
We had to look for alternative accommodation in PMB at very short notice and Duvet & Crumpets were able to accommodate us. The accommodation was of good quality, but what let them down was coffee, tea and sugar in small, used plastic containers. I feel coffee, tea and sugar in sloops or better containers would have been much more in keeping with the rest of the standard of accommodation. Also, the very first thing I want to be shown after I arrive is where to leave the key when I drive. The last thing was the way Duvet and Crumpets spoke to my wife after we left and they couldn't find the key. The way visitors were spoken to left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth!
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, tidy, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely stay with you again!

One of the best places to stay in Pietermaritzburg. People friendly, area great, good value for Money. Hospitality was second to none. Well recommend. Only issue: you need to arrange a later checkout time like 11am.
