We had a lovely stay at Du'Villa guest house for a wedding and family weekend in the area. Rika took such good care of us, everything was neat and clean and the lovely garden a pleasure. We slept wonderfully after the late nights of hanging out together and having a wedding, with the lovely dark curtains and warm beds. We highly recommend Du'Villa.
The accommodation is spacious and tidy, with beautiful decor. There is access to a well-maintained garden where you can also relax. Rika goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. A definite recommendation if you are in the area!

Cosy, clean room with aircon/heating, DSTV and a lekker shower. Was really enjoyed. They could do well with installing wifi, as a business traveler, this is important and especially if you have your teenagers accompanying you. The GSM reception in the area is terrible so basically no internet worth talking about. Optional breakfast was appreciated and at a reasonable rate. Offering fresh ground coffee would make it even better (sorry, coffee snob here). Du Villa is conveniently located near the main Kimberley road but far enough so traffic is not heard.

One has to make peace with the fact that it is a farm and there are the necessary flies and insects and farm smells. Beautiful place. Constructive criticism. We would really appreciate a sink where you could rinse out glasses or cups.

Half way rest stop on the way to coast.
This was a perfect stopover for us, well off the N12, within walking distance of a lovely village. We received a warm welcome from Rika and had an excellent night's sleep. The kitchenette facilities were perfect for warming up a quick supper and for making our own breakfast (although breakfasts are available and we noticed a pub/restaurant a short distance away).

Rika is a wonderful hostess. It is located close to the town. No dirt road to take to a true Villa. The rooms are beautiful with an incredibly nice shower. Everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stop. The unit was spotless and tidy Rika is friendly and hospitable. There are sufficient cutlery etc. for self-catering, but there is no sink/dish to wash dishes. Our little boy really enjoyed the garden and animals.

For a town kid like me who works all day in a building and never sees the sun, it was great to just breathe some fresh air. The quiet and seclusion was exactly what I needed! In such a small little remote town I was so pleased to find this place to stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful even when we had a flat tyre. The garden is beautiful and green and full of life and even some animals at the back. The rooms are clean and well placed out with beautiful decor and theme. Breakfasts were good and enjoyed the wine. All in all this was worth the long trip down from the Eastern Cape. Thanks to the owner Rika for making us feel so at home.
