The double-storey house comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The main bedroom walks out onto a balcony with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom, on the ground floor, has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. Linen and bath towels are supplied but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas stove, a George Foreman grill, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a washing machine and ironing facilities for guests' convenience. Basic cleaning products are also supplied.
The lounge has a comfortable couche, 2 chairs, 2 single beds as well as a TV with DStv channels, WiFi, Netflix and a radio.
On the closed patio there is an inside braai area and a dining table with seating for 6 guests. Sliding doors lead from the patio to the garden that has a sea view. Outdoor braai facilities are available.
The beach is 75 m from the front door. There are 2 covered parkings.
There are beautiful sea views from the patio, living room, kitchen, and the upstairs bedroom.
Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.

They loved being on the beach, just a short walk from the house. I would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back again. What a special experience.

The house was so beautifully clean and the rooms are lovely spacious, with all possible amenities one could ask for and more than enough dishes. The house is wonderfully spacious and well equipped. It was clean and tidy and the owner was very helpful and contacted often to see if everything was OK.
The house completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived and were met at the front door, the neat and fully equipped house and fantastic location made a great getaway something special. Sonya was in touch all the time and there is nothing more we could have asked for. To a water bowl with the tread that was right for our dog child. What a lovely surprise to have been able to watch TV during Eskom's antics. Property is in a quiet area and directly opposite the sea with a view from the master bedroom. Indoor grilling is a winner when the wind is a bit unpleasant. We will definitely be back, not often that one discovers such an absolute gem.

The braai room has sliding doors that open to enjoy the sea air and create a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Although we didn't meet Sonya in person, she was in regular contact with us and always friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Dwarslêbos is walking distance from the beach in a quiet street. It was a pleasure just watching the ocean from the stoep and falling asleep with the sound of waves crashing. Perfect little piece of heaven on earth for a quiet breakaway. The home is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we were even treated to a tasty gift. This will definitely be our first choice for the next weekend away on the West Coast.
House was neatly clean and complete. Beautiful house, I love the outdoor barbecue. We were also received cheerfully. The environment is nice and quiet and had a nice rest in summer. Everyone around is happy. We really enjoyed it. I would also very much like to come back there soon. The sea air in the morning, I just love it.

Great house and location.
My family and I had a great time in this lovely, tidy house. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect (most beautiful sea views). Dwarslêbos has a lovely braai/visit room, which you can open to enjoy the sea air and create a relaxing atmosphere. The biggest plus is of course that our 3 ponies could also enjoy this break with us and they enjoyed all the extras there are for dogs just as much. Thank you very much for your hospitality Sonya and that my whole family and I (including dogs) could stay so well in your neat house.

Love the late check out of 12pm making Dwarslebos an exception to the norm. Small homely personal touches and natural local resources incorporated into the decor makes it feel cosy with a slice of Dwarskersbos and the ocean all around you. Well equipped house with excellent kitchen facilities, a huge treat for a chef or cook. Airy, roomy, light, and clean. WiFi is only available in braai room by front door downstairs, not an issue at all, just nice to know for those dependent on it.

If you are tired of the pressure, noise and hustle and bustle of our hectic lifestyle, then Dwarslêbos is the place to blow off steam. Staring at the kitchen while you cook is more than just food for the soul. The braai room is nicely appointed, so the family can chat and socialise, and once again the beautiful views of the sea bring calmness that you can not buy. Everything is neat, and the cottage is nicely furnished to make everything easy. Thank you Dwarslêbos, you are my new best friend, believe me I will see you again soon.
