The Wi-Fi connection was not strong.
They need to pay more attention to details with regard to cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned. The cutlery was not clean, had dry water marks as if they had not been wiped off. There were a number of spiderwebs under the TV cabinet and on the left-hand side of the TV cabinet.
Love the weekend stay, highly recommended.
Not too crazy about the shower curtain.

We only would have spent 3 nights but then turned into 5 nights. We did not want to go to another place because we were very happy with our stay. We were welcomed with open arms and we immediately felt at home. 20 min from the Phabeni Gate. It's on the Panorama Route. What can one want more? Chalets were tidy and clean. Cleaning services were there every day. The chalets are also private. Outside the village on a hill with a great view. The nights were my favourite time on the veranda with the sounds of the night. We are already planning our next trip, and Eagle's Nest will see us again. Thank you Dennis for a great stay.
Nice stay, it's clean, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. The access road needs some attention though, it will be chaotic after a good rain.
Don't mind going back there next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Eagles Nest. The location is beautiful and the chalet just right for 4 people. Small chalet, but comfortable.
The place is nice, clean and is a quiet place. The place is close to the shopping mall and everything is there and travelling agencies are near. The problem is the TV. It's too small, except that everything was perfect.
The stove trips the power, the bathroom floods when you shower, the microwave out of order, the outside braai is falling apart, there are broken glasses and coffee mugs in the cupboards, no gauze in front of the windows to keep the mosquitoes out, some of the furniture in the unit is ramshackle, bathroom definitely needs attention, the fridge and curtains are dusty!
What I will always remember is what my son said to me the morning when we loaded the car: "Daddy, it smells different in here". Although he is only 11 years old, he could smell that clean air.
Very nice stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Calm and quiet. Very basic, but enough if you just need a place to sleep. Will stay there again.
The scenery is beautiful and the chalets are clean. Please change the TVs in the chalets, they are too old and outdated and do not play properly.

It was lovely to stay there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. For the price we got exactly what we expected! I will definitely stay there again and again.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and rested well. The place is a bit old-fashioned, but the beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. You feel safe there, but unfortunately someone decided to take a swimsuit (during the night) from our washing line. We reported it and will not hold it against the place, because there was a large group of teenagers there who were a bit 'naughty' during the time they were there. The place is well located and we will definitely visit again.
Unit a bit "outdated" and needs new mattresses. Good location.
