This fully furnished compact cottage can accommodate 5 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms in two rondavels and 2 bathrooms. There is a small kitchen, and 2 lounges in between the rondavels. The main bedroom is furnished with an extra length queen-size bed and features an en-suite shower bathroom, and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. The second bathroom has a shower, basin, and a toilet.
The small kitchen in the rondavel contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for convenience. The snug lounge has board games and books for guests to use. There are stairs that lead up to the viewing deck, which is an ideal spot to enjoy sundowners and admire the breaker views. There is a thatched lapa with braai facilities.
The resort also offers a tennis court. Guests can enjoy swimming in the sea, fishing and surfing. Game viewing and river cruises can easily be arranged and are in close proximity, less than a 15 minute drive.

5 guests' feedbackThe cottage is quaint, but comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is magnificent and it is a close walk to a fabulous, safe, swimming beach. We loved every minute.
Kitchen accessories dated. Cooking pot cupboard full of spiders. Stove not working properly. Light switches difficult to locate and many not working. No WiFi. Parking is some distance from the cottage, not elderly-friendly.
Location excellent and definitely value for money.
Beach and surroundings are breathtaking. Great walking and exploring.
Unfortunately, there was always something that had to be maintained and the right person was not sent out to fix it. For half the holiday I lived with a bucket under the sink pipe. There was also no washing machine and I had to use the dry cleaners at R326 a time.
