Restful. We were visiting for a wedding and needed a place to stay near the venue. The hosts are amazing and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Beautiful place to stay with lots of space. Lovely lawn for children and equipped with everything needed. Safe and modern.
Sinette was incredibly attuned to what we needed and went out of her way to make it enjoyable for us there. Not even load shedding was a problem. We had such a great time staying there and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to be in that area.
The cottage is equipped with everything one could need. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. Sinette's special hospitality contributed to our being able to check in earlier as we were on our way to a wedding. We can confidently recommend East of East and would love to spend a few days there ourselves.
It was a great stay! Friendly people and the beds are really good quality. It is a nice place to stay! The only thing is the curtains in the bathroom are see-through, so I felt a bit uncomfortable, but other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful residential unit, with lovely well-kept gardens. Unit is spacious and very cozy. We were received very kindly and immediately felt at home.
I stayed at East of East with my pet dog and recommend it to people who enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Tasteful and stylish decor and everything needed is available on site. The garden is beautiful. The hostess is friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there again.
We have stayed in many guesthouses but this one stole our heart. Could easily stay there for a week and relax. Sinette and Pieter are lovely, friendly people who made us feel so at home. Everything was clean and very tidy. Place is fully equipped and more. The electric blankets made the cold nights feel like summer. Your place is awesome.
Very cute place hidden in nature. We were kindly received and the house was perfect with everything we needed. We would love to visit again for more than one night.
