4 guests' feedbackVery quiet, clean, and secure apartment. It was quite relaxing, with safe streets. A 5-minute walk to the mall and an easy walk to restaurants.
Walking distance to eateries and shops. Very safe, neat and clean!
From the moment we booked, The Vantage 203 started interacting with us like a good, hospitable family member and made us feel very welcome and at ease. Their directions and calls went a long way in assuring us that we were welcome with them and not just a sum of money to them. Their security at their entrance is excellent and one's vehicle parks in a secure, underground parking garage, from where you then take a lift up to your accommodation. You also easily get out of the garage area into the traffic, when you want to drive somewhere. The Vantage 203 also has 2 parking spaces for 2 vehicles for this apartment, if you are traveling with more than 1 vehicle. The entire block's surroundings are clean and tidy and the street traffic is not bothersome at all. You basically don't hear it at all in the apartment. Fully equipped self-catering, quiet apartment, with towels and toilet paper included. Great stay for 1 or 2 nights, or even for a month or longer. The block of flats is not affected by liad shedding as they have provided for it. So the lights, stove, fridge, hot water and lift work perfectly, regardless of loadshedding. The Vantage 203 is approximately 500m from the fantastic, modern Rosebank Mall. Easy walking distance. We will use it again.
The unit was very neat, clean and comfortable. The washing machine was very handy and WiFi was good. Secure parking and close to eateries and Rosebank mall.

Please note that the building is a residential premises and guests are required to adhere to the building rules. At check-in, you should familiarize yourselves with the rules. You will be required to accept these rules at the electronic check-in station. We would be happy to provide you with a copy should you request one. The visitors to the apartment will also have to adhere to the check-in procedures.Amongst others, the following are the important rules that you have to abide by (and are a condition of your booking with us):
Maximum 2 guests per one bedroom plus a maximum of 2 visitors during visiting hours.
Maximum 4 guests per two bedroom plus a maximum of 2 visitors during visiting hours.
The visitors can only be present in the apartment from 08:00 until 21:00 hours.
No loud music, TV, or any form of noise.
No parties are allowed either inside the apartment or in corridors.
No consumption of alcohol in common areas of the building.
Failure to adhere to the above will result in eviction. In case you are evicted, no refund will be provided and in addition, a building fine amount will be charged.
