5 guests' feedbackThe only problem with the apartment is that the parking is not secured.
Comfortable after we've sorted a few things out.
Not impressed with the miscellaneous array of cutlery and crockery. Parking facility is totally inadequate, difficult to access and get out of. Always parked in by another car on the pavement. Had to wait for over an hour for the lady to open up for us on arrival. Far better value for money elsewhere.
We enjoyed our stay, only problem was there were only 3 clothing hangers in the cupboard, not enough to hang up our clothes for the whole week.

House rules
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest’s account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
