2 guests' feedbackWould love a mini vacuum, unfortunately, the geyser broke on day 2 and it took a few days to be repaired and up and running again, was tough with 2 kids and no hot water, even though it was over a public holiday. Also feel like the unit could have a few more touches, Netflix and some more toilet paper and black bags as we had a long stay. Small issue but after I bought Doom it was okay, it's just in the kitchen and first bathroom for some reason. We were there for a week would have been nice if we were given a complimentary cleaning during one of the days. Washing machine leaks when used. Other than that it was a neat and lovely unit, in a great spot.
DStv did not work, but was an area problem. Our access card did not work but has been replaced. Cleaning service was not what I expected. The information booklet in the apartment indicates there is a cleaning service every third day after the check-in date. Our apartment was cleaned once on the fifth day.
