Comfortable and neat. Very homely.
We had a very nice stay and lacked nothing. It catered for all needs for the holiday.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The place is clean and neat. It required a bit of maintenance, but that was mostly due to an unforeseen leak. The only real issue we had was on the day before we left when a very large group of people came to the flat next door. They were very inconsiderate as they felt it necessary to walk and sit on other people's stoep. We could not sit outside and that was rather a nuisance. Perhaps it would have been better had there been some sort of picnic area where the group could get together away from the individual flats. It felt as if our privacy had been intruded upon. The children were on hoverboards, blasting music on the stoeps regardless of whose flat it was. That will be the only reason why I would not consider going there again because large groups are not catered for and it can cause unpleasantness for others. The owner of the house is a lovely person and very accommodating.
Nice stay with sea view.
Unit has no signal inside which is a bummer, also, although it is a ground-floor unit, there are stairs, so just be prepared. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the pool is nice and big and I love the baby pool for the little ones.
It is a nice quiet environment.
Eden Sands is a beautiful, clean, tidy and modern unit, it's comfortable, got good service from the owner, brilliant place.
It had been a very neat and clean unit. The owner was in contact with us from the beginning to make sure everything was OK. The DStv is switched on for us. Sliding door did present a problem but this has been brought to the owner's attention and she will sort it out.
We were looking for a clean place near the sea and this is exactly what it was, the unit has a beautiful sea view from the veranda, with safe parking and nice close to the beach and also just a short walk on the beach to at Winkelspruit swimming beach. Blanche is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will go there again.

We as a family with 2 small children it was the perfect place to be. With the private gate to the beach, it helps a lot especially to prevent little feet with sand in the car. Shops are very close. The complex had been very quiet. Apartment was perfectly located. Facilities were clean and tidy. Would go again anytime. There is so much to do in the area. Ushaka Marine World is not very far and Toti's water park was an experience.
Had a wonderful stay. The place is clean and serviced. On the ocean. Conveniently situated to shops. Quiet and safe.
Nice view, pool for the small children to swim in, staff very friendly. Service great.

Safe, with beautiful decor. Everything in the unit is functional and so much care has been given to detail. The holidaymaker lacks nothing and with the beautiful view of the sea and direct access to the beach, you are reluctant to drive around. Will definitely stop by again!

Die plekkie is baie skoon en netjies ons het dit baie geniet. Dit is baie veilig en die feit dat 'n mens by die strand kan kom sonder om te ry is baie gerieflik. Ons sal dit beslis weer gebruik.
