The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the 3 rooms share the use of the bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels and toiletries.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto the stoep overlooking the swimming pool nearby and the ocean. A small portable braai is available for guests to use and guests are welcome to bring their own braai grid. The apartment gets a basic service on weekdays, and excludes services on weekends and public holidays. This service excludes making of beds and washing of dishes.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities, undercover parking for 1 vehicle, and has easy access to the beach.

Everything is tidy inside and perfectly acceptable for a small family.
The place is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view is special. Excellent stay, we will book there again.
Eden sand 88 will definitely see us again, very nice to go to a place that is kid friendly and gives you value for money and more.
We stayed there before and were very happy, however this time round was not so nice. The airfryer was left very dirty and we cleaned it as the smell was unbearable. We booked for 6 but only got 4 bath towels. 1 toilet roll for 6 people over 2 days. The TV plays but has black lines on the left-hand side. We are supposed to check out on Sunday by 9 am, however the DStv channel was already switched off when we woke up in the morning. It feels like 'get your things and go'. Ornaments stuck on cupboards are not a problem, however please clean them.
This is an awesome place! I juiced and there were 3 containers of toys and my grandchildren were immediately calm and started playing. We were kept up to date with the necessary information at all times. Thank you very much for the friendly service. The accommodation was awesome and we could have fun as a family and relax and we were safe at all times. Thank you very much.

Apartment and complex are very neat and well equipped.
Not only is the unit beautifully furnished, they have brought in that special touch everywhere that other landlords wouldn't necessarily think of. There are no toys and books to keep the children occupied, but should you forget your beach chairs, you can use them here. The beach is not even 500 m from the unit and it was easy to walk up and down with all your luggage. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and we could sit on the veranda in the evenings and have a barbecue, the sea always in sight. Would definitely recommend!
