It was comfortable and well suited for my family. We really enjoyed every moment.
The most beautiful sea view! The children loved being able to sleep by the windows with their sea view. Neat, clean apartment. I would recommend the place for sure. Walking distance from the beach. Big enough for a family with 3 teenagers.

WiFi didn't work and we chose that place precisely because of the wifi. Owners don't seem to care. They already have your money. To the office from Friday 2 o'clock. Everyone just says sorry. Sorry is not always good enough.
Wasn't the greatest. Very small space. Arrived and there wasn't any toilet paper. We needed to supply our own bath towels, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper. The resort itself was nice with a clean pool and gardens, but this unit wouldn't be recommended.
We really liked the place. But on our next visit we would like the bottom units.

Our stay was so pleasant, and the people there were so caring and friendly - from the cleaning staff, caretaker, and security guys. We had an amazing experience.
Whenever you call them for help they respond very quickly. They are great hosts. They even provided us with a picnic basket.

Very neat place. You can go as a family with 4 adults and 2 children. 6 adults will not work. All we missed was a balcony to braai on. The owner's customer service was good but the website's customer service was poor. The furniture is all in good condition. Good sea view. Can't complain about anything further.
Mattresses are very hard or done.

I did stay 2 nights and I was not happy at all. Lot of mosquitoes in the accommodation which was without proper lights in the lounge and cleanliness not good.

The stay was very pleasant. Would have enjoyed the stay even more if the beaches had not been closed. Will definitely use the accommodation again if the opportunity permits.
Very calm. TV doesn't work. You must also bring your own DStv card with you for the decorator. It's quite an important piece of news. Also own dish soap, cleaners may not wash dishes. Maybe something to look into for the future.
Bathroom was not very clean, as well as towels.
It was very nice and clean, of course it was also very nice to be able to walk down to the beach. The beaches were also very nice and clean.

It shows there is a bath and there is only a shower. DStv was a problem because we couldn't just insert the card and it worked as it was told. Parking was hopelessly too far from the unit. Dishwasher is in for a service and had to figure it out ourselves when we got there.
The dishwasher was not working which made washing up uncomfortable. Mattresses should be replaced at some point.
Photos are deceiving. Place not suitable for 6 persons. Lounge 4 seats so rest must lie on bed. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves. Bathroom can't open from inside, wash basin in bathroom way too high and impractical, stove dirty and most knobs are loose would I recommend it? No.

We as a family really enjoyed it. The place was neat and clean, everything we needed for a wonderful beach holiday. We will definitely visit again. Thanks to the cleaners, they were so friendly.

Ideal place to switch off after a year of work. The apartment is fully equipped. If you are lazy and want to stay in an apartment, the full DStv is at your disposal or watch videos. After driving almost 700km and being told you can only book in 14:00, no one opened the gate when I got there, I phoned the owner and travelground. Eventually 14:45 a lady not even associated with 92 let me in. I got the key and proceeded to the flat. The kitchen floor was wet because of ice that melted inside the fridge so before unpacking I had to clean the floor. There was NO toilet paper in the flat when we got there. Communial braai area is non existing, the ouside braai at the beach gate doesn't even have a grit on it. The small weber inside the flat is so dirty I will never braai on it and even if you want to, there is nowhere to braai. The dstv and tv was nice to have, because normally you have to take your own decoder. The parking spot allocated to you is way to far from the apartment.

It was a fantastic weekend. It's a great apartment with more than one needs. Definitely value for money and I can recommend the place to any person who wants to go alone or with family and friends. Very tidy, everything clean and working, from the time we inquired until we checked out the service and availability of Louise was fantastic. I will definitely go there again.

Please note the following:Eden Sands unit 92 is a self-catering unit. None of the items listed below will be supplied:
- Soap for the washing machine
- Toilet paper ( there will be only one when you arrive)
- Towels
- Dish washing soap
These items should be provided by guests.
A cleaner is assigned to each block, her duties is to sweep and clean the floors and to remove bin thrash in the unit.
Please do not expect or ask them to:
- Wash the dishes
- Wash clothing
- Make the beds
Should you experience any defaults on arrival in the unit, kindly report this to Melicia @ 066 260 7073 immediately. Failure to do so will result in costs for your account.
Also report any breakages or damages ASAP.
A set of rules are listed and available in the unit. Kindly study these rules to avoid fines or penalties.
Please leave 92 at Eden Sands in a clean and orderly. Failure to do so, will result in withholding your deposit to hire a third party to clean the unit.
We request that you shoot a short video of the unit on departure and send it to Melicia, as proof that the unit is indeed left clean and that all is in order.
