The host is so amazing and caring, he makes you feel like family not just a guest.
The cottage was very clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the fridge door not closing properly, but a quick temporary fix using insulation tape worked. I had an operation at Westville hospital close by, and only stayed 2 nights of the 5, my wife was alone throughout and felt very safe. Mike was very helpful and hospitable.
We had a wonderful stay. The owners were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus an amazing view! Will definitely book here again.
The self-catering unit had everything one could need.
Negative aspects: We expected salt and pepper shakers. Mike provided it upon request. For self-catering we expected there to be a place to sit for meals. The work space in the kitchen is not suitable as a dining area because the stove plates are in the way. Unfortunately there was no WiFi data available due to the company apparently pulling out just the day before.

I stayed at Eden Guesthouse for 10 days and I was impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the host. The room was spacious, fresh and clean. There was a very well equipped kitchen. I really enjoyed the large shower and the peaceful garden. I highly recommend Edens Guesthouse.
