We had such a pleasant stay and absolutely loved the accommodation and the homely feel.
Our stay was so peaceful and it was amazing. It has everything you need. Even the bed we slept on was so comfortable. We will absolutely book EersteBosch again. As you know, the weekend we booked the place, the weather was amazing, but the pool was dirty. I got a hold of the maintenance guy or caretaker to ask if the pool is clean, and he said yes, but it was not clean at all; there was so much sand and bird poo in there. Yes, I understand that there was a storm with heavy winds and things, but that was days ago. Hopefully, next time the pool will be clean and we can finally take a swim. Also, the room was full of spiders and webs, so before the next guests arrive, please make sure all insects are gone along with their webs. But furthermore, it was a great stay.
Very cute place - I would definitely recommend it. Well located should you want to stay in the Stellenbosch area, but more of a landscape feel. Everything very clean and tidy.

The water was just cold when we wanted to go shower.
Loved modern cottages with a view of the Stellenbosch mountains. Very organized and clean. We found it well positioned. It is near Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
It will help if the fireplace wood is replenished every day, especially if you arrive at the place of residence late and cannot then drive to buy wood yourself.

Beautiful, beautiful accommodation with the best equipped, modern kitchen and spacious bedroom with glass doors that open front and back. Can have a nice private barbecue on the stoep with a view of the vineyards. Can make a nice fire inside the house in winter. Very friendly manager/owners. Securely fenced. Very well located close to main routes, shops and Stellenbosch. Will definitely stay there again.
Many flies in the house. Would suggest additional fans in all rooms, or ceiling fan to assist with fly problem.

Finishing and equipment in the unit are of the best quality. It felt like coming home. Owners are very helpful and have made good recommendations for restaurants and wine farms in the area that should be on guests' to-do list.
It was really great. We enjoyed it very much. The rooms all had nice fireplaces with more than enough wood. The best part of the rooms are the king-size beds with the nicest duvets and bedding. My wife took down the name and make of the bed and bedding so that we can buy them for our home as well. It was really a nice weekend away.
All you need to bring is yourself and food. Great location with a fully equipped kitchen!
