21 guests' feedbackWe were welcomed by our host and had a lovely stay. The property is within walking distance to the main road as well as various wine farms. The rooms were clean and had all amenities we needed for a relaxed weekend.
We had a lovely weekend in Franschhoek. Eight on Tuin is the perfect place to stay!
Everything was perfect and beautiful.
The room, garden and surrounding area were clean and tidy. I would sleep there again.
We used all 3 units. Beautiful garden, well equipped, neat and comfortable units. Nothing was missing, everything we needed was available and they even dealt with special requests quickly and kindly. Mat in front of bed in one unit would have been nice for cold floor in winter, other rooms had carpets. Would definitely recommend it.

Garden is absolutely beautiful. Staff was accommodating. Room was neat, clean and beautiful. WiFi, DStv, coffee and tea with rusks and milk was included. The only negative I can say is the fridge in the room was a bit loud, so did disturb us during the night.

Franschhoek is an excellent tourist destination with only the best that this country has to offer, restaurants are of superior quality as is the accommodation and sight seeing ─ most beautiful.
Even thought the hostess lives on the property, she was not in our way at all and welcomed us with open arms. The rooms are neat, clean and well lain out. The beds are comfy, but the pillows are too soft. Secure parking on the premises and we could come and go as we pleased.
Safe and tidy place with good value for money. Would recommend people to stay there.
The owner makes quite an effort to make you feel at home and they go the extra mile if you check in late to give you the keys. I would definitely stay there again anytime.
