5 guests' feedbackThe stay was lovely and the customer service was wonderful. However, we were disappointed that we were not able to use the jacuzzi. It would have been great to know that it was unavailable/out of order during our stay.
Luxury accommodation, centrally located and in a very beautiful environment.
The house is amazing and the location is amazing. The house is surrounded by greenery and amazing views. The house is fully equipped and has everything you need. The Jacuzzi is awesome too. We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing that was missing was a TV in the communal area, other than that it was amazing.
Beautiful place. Very nice luxury kitchens and bathrooms. No shower gel is provided. In the kitchen there were only 6 coffee cups for 8 guests. Eikenhof must provide 5 l of water for each day of booking, but we only received one 5 l. They recommend not drinking the water from the tap. I recommend that Eikenhof leaves tin foil and Glad Wrap in the cupboard for guests to use.
The house is luxurious in a peaceful farm setting. All that is needed and only the best. Just a stone's throw from Cape Town, but doesn't feel like a city at all.

The Chateau can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms a guest toilet, and an open-plan immaculate kitchen which leads to an inviting dining room and lounge area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. Each room is air-conditioned and has its own private en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs and has lovely views. The lounge contains comfortable seating and a fireplace. Sliding doors open to a covered patio with a built-in braai, an 8-seater outdoor dining table and chairs, and a jacuzzi.
