Very nice stay.
We had a very nice stay. The house is wonderful and furnished with everything you can imagine. We didn't miss anything. There is no need to write anything about the location of the house, right next to the sea. Simply overwhelming. If it fits into our travel plans, we will be back. P.S. The WiFi also works during Beurtkrag!
We loved our stay and will recommend it to all our friends. Very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean, which is perfect. In the mornings, we saw dolphins playing in the waves. The beach is very clean, and in the morning, we had the beach to ourselves, and our dog could run off lead. Only negative for us personally is that there is no grass, so our dog struggled to do her business as she is used to using grass; she does not use paving and stones. Also, not really suitable for small dogs due to gaps by the gate, which was not an issue for us. Again, the above was our personal struggle, and we will definitely visit again and recommend.
Mariette is very friendly, sent us a Whatsapp message before arrival with arrangements She also recommended us to see the flowers around the mountains - it was beautiful. On arrival she came to welcome us and made sure that everything was ok. Mariette, thank you. We only stayed there one night, but will definitely visit again and for longer.

Was informed that load shedding would be from 16:00 to 19:00 but stayed till 20:30, couldn't cook because only had a small gas bottle, wifi also didn't have UPS so couldn't use wifi, should have asked for my deposit.

The house was fully equipped, we needed absolutely nothing. It's the 1st time I share a place with such a large group of people, and the house definitely contributed to the great success of the weekend. We had so much fun staying and visiting. When we got there on Friday in the nice, cold, wet weather there was even a fire waiting for us. Would definitely recommend this place.

The view from the house is absolutely amazing! Everything you're looking for just the way the West Coasters can do it. The house's rooms are spacious and have enough seating inside and outside for everyone. House is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The place is by the sea. Beautiful view with sunrise and sunset. It was now nice west coast weather. The house is clean. You don't need anything to take with you except what they tell you, only your food. The people are friendly in the town. It's a place of a thousand.

It was very nice, I might just recommend the owner install a gas stove, it gets a bit difficult with the load shedding to cook. We were pampered by Mariette and she went out of her way to help with any advice on fishing and places to visit.
Guests should take towels and something for shade in front of the house (we had a gazebo) in order to be able to spend more time outside. Be prepared to cook mostly on the braai as the stove is really tiny.
