For us, it was literally a case of you get what you paid for.
It was not pleasant, the receptionist or assistance was not friendly, not of assistance. The globe got fused and the receptionist said she cant help and I must sleep without light. No proper orientation at all, no wadrobe, no hangers. The bed was never made for the 5 nights of stay.
The lady who opened the gate for us on Saturday didn't even know about our booking. We didn't receive a key to get back in and had to wait in the cold for them to open.
