The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms en-suite bathrooms, and a central open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are located in 2 sleeping wings separate from the main living area and each contains 2 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms contain a queen-size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 three-quarter beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower as well as a private outdoor shower. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a microwave, and a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The spacious living area features seating, a standing fan, a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, and a built-in fireplace. The living area opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in braai. This in turn leads to a boma with seating and a braai firepit. The boma joins a lovely deck with sun loungers and a private heated swimming pool.
The house offers a lock-up garage with comfortable parking for 4 vehicles.
Elements Private Golf Reserve boasts an 18-hole Peter Matkovich US PGA Championship Golf Course with regular competitions. The natural game species that roam freely include kudu, nyala, impala, blue wildebeest, zebra, blesbuck, red hartebeest and mountain reedbuck. Lodge 296 boasts exceptional views of the bushveld as far as the eye can see.

21 guests' feedbackWe were staying at 296 for two days, 30th August till 01 September 2024. The place is amazing. Very clean and safe. We had a 30-year friends reunion at the lodge and we can't stop talking about how amazing the place was. The heated pool was amazing. To our Game Drive driver, Gary, the ladies want to thank you for the information and education you gave us about certain animals and the trees. The only not so pleasant experience was the gravel road, but everything else was amazing.
It was fantastic, the view, the heated pool, and the rooms are very spacious!
The lodge is clean and the host is very helpful. Would definitely book this place again.

We really enjoyed it and the heated pool was a bonus. It's just the dirt road to get to Elements which is a very bad road.
Can they please add wifi. The network was not great and there was no wifi.
Nice place, but needs a little love with cleaning and small details regarding maintenance. The inside showers' drains did not empty when one showered, which is not very comfortable to shower in.

There are no hairdryers in the rooms and some missing cutlery.
What a beautiful location. Quiet, peaceful and in nature. Could lie on my back in the boma and look at the stars. House has everything and is comfortable. Will definitely visit again.
Nice peaceful getaway.
Beautifully appointed accommodation. Kitchen and living area are spacious and inviting. Rooms are well-appointed Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Room #3 toilet was leaking, an attempt was made by maintenance to fix but it was a temporary fix and started leaking again. Kettles and cups in each room, however only milk supplied no tea, coffee or sugar supplied. Ironing board was broken, 2 of the 4 pool loungers were broken. Beautiful Boma outdoor area but signage advised against using it because of the fire risk which was such a pity, we paid for an outside cleaning service that charged R300 per day yet no floors were swept or mopped in the bedrooms or kitchen and living areas. We essentially paid for dishes to be washed and the odd bed to be made as some of us made our own beds. Kitchen walls had marks from previous stays, a thorough cleaning needs to be done after each visit. A little attention to these details will hopefully add value to this beautiful property.
Elements Private Golf Estate Lodge 296 has an incredibly beautiful view and a very nice meeting area. We were there as a family together and really had a great time. However, the Lodge was not cleaned very well. This after we had to wait an extra hour because the cleaning team had not yet finished with check-in time. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Elements Private Golf Estate Lodge 296 to everyone.
Beautiful view, very nice stay. It is a very peaceful environment and very nice golf course. Would not recommend for a family with small children as the bedrooms are detached from the house and from each other (can only access each bedroom from the outside). Cleaning services are not included (extra R300 per day).
Can recommend the house anytime for a group or family getaway. Beautiful view and lovely pool.
This holiday home has everything you need for a great holiday, too beautiful for words. The only frustration was loadshedding. Maybe invest in a generator for the power outages.
