1 guests' feedbackOur unit was clean, redone and modern. Unfortunately there was "load shedding" upon our arrival in the evening which made reception more difficult. There was also a water problem and we had no water in the taps or toilet. Our group of 5 couldn't shower until the next morning before leaving for game park, which wasn't ideal. There was no notification or information in our room that there will be no water and the lady at reception also did not inform us about problem. So we couldn't make coffee or tea on arrival. I'm sure the place could do a lot better if there is better communication with guests when problems arise.
