We had a nice stay. Any problem is the mattresses are not very comfortable. The double bed's mattress moved around every now and then as if he was too big for the base. Even the single bed in the lounge area was very uncomfortable. With the shower, the water pressure was not very good. Other than that, had a nice stay.
No, there are not too many errors and problems at all. The bed is old and finished. The bedding is old and washed out. The closet doesn't even have hangers to hang clothes. The toilet paper holder is broken.

Easy to find, centrally located and very friendly service, but the arrangements regarding the parking and gate remote control was confusing. As a matter of habit, I don't park on anyone's "lawn", which in the rain and dark was quite a feat. Also, the red button on a remote control is usually not the one that controls the gate, so as a one-night guest it was unclear that the button would actually open and close the gate.
The accommodation's location was excellent for our needs. We had a very nice stay.

A clean, neat, spacious and well stocked self-catering unit. Well situated in a quiet suburb in the north of Cape Town. The unit is easily accessible with safe parking available. Caroline was a gracious and welcoming hostess.

Bathroom needs more space to hang towels, as well as perhaps another shelf for toothbrushes and toothpaste/makeup. There was no cleaning service for a week's visit. With children in and out of the place, it was difficult to keep the floor clean. The beds are slightly uncomfortable and short on grading. Towels could also have been exchanged more, a.g. the fact that it could not dry properly with the little hanging space.
Horrible, that tells lies and cancelled our stay as she said we broke the noise rule and we never made noise. She complained about the TV; it's false advertising. As it is not self-catering as there is no stove, and you are not allowed to braai. She should not be running a guesthouse if she does not like people of other races. And the poor handling of the matter by your team is even worse.

The owner was very friendly. We made the booking early evening and was happy that they were able to assist. There's Wi-Fi and towels, coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided. The place was exceptionally clean and neat. Thank you.
The premises have an electronic gate in the car park and a separate entrance to the accommodation. Everything was pretty neat. The TV is in the living room, but a blanket is provided to keep you warm while you watch.

Very neat clean room, slept very well. Cleaning brooms do not fit behind the bathroom door and it is inappropriate to store them in the room. A few small containers of milk will be very good for tea and coffee as most guests stay 1 or 2 nights and not everyone wants to buy fresh milk. A standing fan for the hot summer evenings is a must as there is no air conditioning in the room.

The fridge didn't work and when I reported it I was first asked what did you do with the fridge? And why didn't you look? I assume everything works and am not going to watch everything to see if it works. I had to throw away my food that went bad in the fridge and drove a day earlier. There was no offer to pay for my loss. The bed is very uncomfortable and the mattress shifts from the bases. The floors were carpeted and there was no broom to sweep the floor with. If you want the 'bare minimum' and just a place to sleep this is the place for you but unfortunately comfort and convenience are not here. I was bitterly disappointed in the place; I would rather pay more next time because you only get what you pay for here.

Accommodation (bathroom/kitchen/room) was absolutely spotless with a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen for quick meals. Slamlock safety gate that allows sliding door to be kept open for fresh air. Secure parking behind an electronic gate and more than enough lighting to illuminate the path in the dark. Here you can sleep peacefully in a very quiet environment. Very friendly and helpful people. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Well appointed. Short for sure a mirror cabinet or table in bedroom where one can fix things. We were grateful to be able to check in before 14:00, but do feel that some attention should be paid to how guests are received and that the check-out time should be respected. There was already around half past 9 a request to take down the bedding to be able to wash, while we were planning to check out at 9 o'clock and the check-out time is actually only 10 o'clock.
