We slept wonderfully warm! Elize went out of her way to make us feel at home and even welcomed us with coffee. The room has everything you need, with detail down to the smallest detail - even a bunch of fresh flowers as well as chocolates and cookies on the bed. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. We will definitely stay there again.
The friendliest and most helpful people you could wish for. Breakfast was the best you can expect at any restaurant. (Just too much!). Isak has incredible knowledge of the history of the Karoo and you can listen to him for hours. The facilities are excellent with a lot of detail and meet all possible requirements. Highly recommendable.
Our vehicle broke down before Carnarvon and we were stranded with no mobile reception. We finally got a message from the guest house and asked them to please. towing service for our reel. They jumped into the van themselves and came to pick us up. At the guest house they also gave us dinner. It makes you believe in others again.

A wonderful place to stay. The room was clean, tidy, everything you need and the bed was incredibly comfortable and warm. And best of all was the hospitality and breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

What a lovely stay. The host and wife made us feel so at home and had a great time together. We slept warm and the breakfast was top notch. I can only recommend this place in Carvavon with the greatest of courage.
The accommodation is very nice and tidy and well equipped with a large bedroom and large bathroom. Warm welcome with genuine rural hospitality. Load power has no influence on the accommodation, as it is equipped with alternative power. What a luxury. Delicious breakfast included which makes accommodation very affordable. Definitely a winner in its price range. Highly recommended.
