25 guests' feedbackIt was a very pleasant stay. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person and helps with anything you need. Place very neat, clean and comfortable. We felt very safe there. The bonus point was being able to look at the sea every day. We will definitely use the friendly staff again.
Excellent place to relax.
The area is quiet and pleasant. Close to the beach less than 10 minute drive to Summerstrand Beach a must see in Gqeberha.

We stayd for a full week and had no problems. The owners is very friendly and helpful, we had no problem staying there. I would definitely go again and recommend it to others.

We stayed over for a few days at Embo and I really can't complain, the decor is different and the water pressure is low due to the severe drought in the area, but to me it was good value for money and its situated close to the beach.

It was a nice place to stay, really.
It was okay except the cleanliness, the cleaner was not there, linen was not changed and the room had cockroaches.
No water was available the second night, there was a kettle and sugar and tea available but no cups.
I don't think Embo Guest House was 3 star quality. Owner very helpful though. Bed linen and towels were cleaned and changed regularly.
Okay, but in the future if you book for 4 people, you should not wait to mention one room that is available upon arrival.
Would not want to stay there again for longer than 1 night due to the dining facilities. Otherwise it was great.
Our stay was pleasant, very comfortable and neat. Humphrey was welcoming, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We were two families and we enjoyed our stay and will gladly recommend it.
The place was very easy to find. Good location for children and very close to the sea, only 50 m.
Would stay there again once the renovations are done.
The man who received me was very friendly, but the place still has many shortcomings. There was no coffee, no WiFi and no DStv, only SABC 1,2 and 3 which has a very bad signal. Not again thanks.
Amazing apartment with beautiful sea views.
Pleasant, comfortable accommodation. Very conveniently located close to highway for easily accessible overnight stop, close to beautiful beach. However, the windows all open directly onto the street, with no security at all. The neighbouring properties all had electric fences or razor wire, so we didn't feel very safe. The proprietors dogs barked incessantly. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.
