Wow. I honestly haven't stayed at a place as well set up as Emmanuel Self Catering. Beautiful, clean and tidy unit that literally has everything you can think of for your time away from home. Lovely relaxation area with open plan kitchen. Spacious bedroom and nice big bathroom where you can choose whether you feel like a nice hot bath or a quick shower if you're in a hurry. The host and hostess are salt of the earth. They made us feel so welcome - as if we had known each other for years. I will definitely stay here again if I have to drive through to East London for business. They are very conveniently located - a stone's throw from all the necessary shops where I can do business, and also close to all the doctors for your annual appointments or emergencies. Thank you for your excellent service, warm hearts and excellent service. We'll see you again soon.

Well appointed unit with everything you need. Strong WiFi signal with all the necessities if there is load shedding. Your transport is safe behind locked gate and how walls, so no worries. I would recommend any person to make use of this "hidden gem". See me again for sure.

There are as many extras as at other places we have stayed. 9 Emmanuel is a great asset to our country's hospitality industry. Very high standards are maintained throughout. I can't wait to go back. Power Booster is a huge bonus when loadshedding.
