The apartment is situated on the fourth floor; its position enables this home to consume guests with its awe-inspiring ocean views, while ensuring privacy. The fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a basin, and a toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed with 1 double bed at the bottom and 1 single bed on top. Both the second and third bedrooms boast lovely views of the coast, and share the second bathroom with a single vanity and a shower.
Guests enter into an open-plan air-conditioned living area and kitchen, which offers floor-to-ceiling picture windows offering uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a fridge, and other necessary appliances. The adjacent lounge has a lovely bar counter and bar stools; there is a flat-screen Smart TV which is connected to a dedicated fibre line so that guests can conveniently log into and watch their personal DStv package, and other preferred subscriptions with ease via Google Chromecast.
This living space leads onto an expansive, semi-covered balcony with a gas braai, and outdoor dining and patio furniture. Guests admire glorious views of the coast and enjoy the luxury of enjoying their alfresco meals to the sounds of the waves breaking in the background. Guests can sunbathe on the balcony, counting the many ships en route to Durban harbour.
Guests have access to the building’s communal swimming pool. Dedicated, undercover parking is available on-site with parking bays assigned to the apartment.
The house has a UPS system installed to temporarily run the TV, lighting, and Wi-Fi, as well as the ability to charge phones during load shedding.

Apartment very neat and clean on arrival. Wonderful view from the porch.
We were a group of friends who wanted to spend a few days relaxing in Durban after Midmar. The living unit was big enough for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen and braai facilities on a spacious veranda that has a 180 degree sea view. Beautiful sunrise from the porch. The living area has air conditioning which was welcome in the heat. Walking distance from a sea and swimming area and close to restaurants and shops.
The upside: The host was very responsive and explained everything well. The price was reasonable. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars. Great sea views from the large balcony. Self-check-in. The downside: The blinds in one bedroom did not close. The en-suite bathroom has a tub with a hand shower and no shower screen so the water got out of the tub. The lift in this complex is very slow, we opted for the stairs most of the time which makes it difficult to carry luggage to and from the unit (there are quite a few stairs from the parking to the unit).
Our Happy place is exactly what I have in mind when I think of my dream resting place. So ideal that you don't have to go anywhere - it offers everything you need for a great holiday.

Please be respectful of the property.Please ensure that you maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Please throw garbage into the bins and ensure that food is not left lying around. Guests can throw excess rubbish into the green bins.
Please wash off beach sand before entering the property.
This is an eco-friendly home! Please make sure you switch off the air-conditioner, lights, fans, or any other small electrical appliances when they are not in use upon leaving the property.
Please keep the balcony furniture, cushions, and braai undercover at night and/or when they're not in use to protect from sun/rain damage.
Please keep the outside couch covered when it is not in use.
Please keep the cushions in the box at night/when they are not in use.
Please don’t sit on the couches with wet clothes/costumes as it may damage the fabric and furniture.
There are monkeys in the area. Please keep the windows and doors closed to prevent the monkeys from entering the property when you aren’t around. Guests are urged not to feed the monkeys.
Please open the bathroom windows when showering to let the humidity out.
In the case of any accidental damage, the issue will be assessed internally to determine any deduction/repair costs.

This property is not serviced. Cleaning services must be arranged prior to arrival and any associated costs will be borne by the Guest booking.
Parties and Events are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to have had a party that results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges.
Noise is not permitted before 9 am, and after 9 pm (Monday to Sunday.) Guests who breach these times may be evicted and liable to a fine from the body corporate. Please see the property's Terms and Conditions.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property.
Upon booking, Guests will be asked to complete their Guest Registration and to provide copies of each guest/s Identity Document.
