Not really recommended to anyone from my family.
Ron is an exceptional Host. He called me the night before to check in. He also called when I got to the airport to give me directions and key landmarks to look out for while driving. I was travelling alone. The place is quaint and neat and met my needs. The room was cleaned Saturday on my return from a conference.
It was neat clean and quiet in the area, the only thing that was not right for me is that the owner was only bothered about the outstanding money the first night. He comes to the room and wants to know when I pay the rest of the money and the email says that it must be paid on or before 03/01/2021 and that he will only take cash. The same with the check-out, he already wants to know the day before when you are out and what time you drive, and yet again we know we have to be out by 10 o'clock at the latest.
Escombe is in a safe area, near the mall. The challenges are that it ts situated far from the beaches. The owner needs to hire two ladies for cleaning, one person is struggling to attend to daily cleaning of rooms during that time of the year.
Escombe is situated in a quiet residential area. The room met all our requirements and was very tidy. Ronald dropped us off at the airport. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This guest house is situated in an area of Queensburgh that I know very well, and is thus very convenient for me. For those who don't know the area, it is close to two large shopping centres, a small centre, and the highway, with access to major centres, airport, etc. Friendly owner. The room contained everything I needed.

We had a very nice stay. There is everything you need. This was our first family holiday with our 4 year old and we couldn't complain about anything. The owner was very friendly and helpful and checked with us every now and then to see if everything was still okay, because we didn't complain about anything. We got the room down by the pool. It's a room with a large bed and a single bed for our boy. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink and cupboards and we had our own kitchenette. There was also someone to come and clean every morning when we were out. Nothing got lost and everything was safe. It's perfect if you're out all day with your family. We will definitely go back again.

The accommodation is of high quality and the premises are comfortable with a recreation area and swimming pool. Value for money probably the biggest attraction and it's close to highway to the Bluff. Just be careful of the stairs down, but it's not really an obstacle. The owner is always on hand to make guests comfortable and at home. We will visit there again

The unit that was allocated to us, wasn't the same as the one on the website. We expected to stay in a unit with a self-catering kitchen as part of it. When only a room with a separate self-catering kitchen that is shared with other guests is allocated, as was the case with us, it also has to be shown and stated on the website so that you can know what to expect.
The location Is a bit tricky the first time, but once used it's an easy way. Excellent service delivery and beautiful peaceful place.
