18 guests' feedbackEsdri was more than expected! Big yard spaces safe for our two furbabies. We were myself and my husband and our 2 young adults and two of their friends. Esdri is perfectly situated between the sea and the mountain, close to small shops and a garage. Communication, reception and help were very friendly and accommodating, and they surprised us with a bottle of wine. The beds and bedding were extremely nice. Just I could not find a breadboard or scissors, but that is minor. Thank you for our great stay!
We had a great stay, the place had everything we needed with lots of space! It's ideal if you have children and dogs.
We had a really lovely weekend away with our 4-year-old and the dogs! This property is really awesome for kids and dogs, totally enclosed and really spacious. The house itself is so spacious. I would say it's perfect for two couples and kids, or just 6 adults. The fireplace in the lounge is so blissful. Although it is also an indoor braai, we didn't use it. The walk to the beach is short and sweet, and the surroundings are very relaxing and quiet. Overall, we loved our stay and we will most definitely be back again with friends and no animals so we can explore a bit more!

Lovely, beautiful, clean home. Ample space for a family vacation. Loved that the kitchenware was updated and the dishcloths were clean. Catered for our needs and beautiful setting. One of the better places we stayed at. Be in Betty agency was super!

The facilities met all our needs and everything was in very good working order. Everyone was able to hang out undisturbed and enjoy the weekend together and relax despite load shedding and the bad weather.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your home. The house is nice and spacious and has enough space for a large family to rest comfortably. We did miss an outside 'hang out' area. Thank you very much that our dog Toby was also welcome in your beautiful and tidy garden. The backup power with December's loadshedding was absolutely wonderful for us as well as the unlimited access to Wifi and DSTV. They made us feel welcome with 'starter packs' of coffee, tea, soap, etc. to a delicious bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend Esdri to other vacationers. A few things to note: 1. There were no large pots for cooking for a family of 6. They jumped in and borrowed one. 2. The clothesline/ clothespins are in bad condition. Only 2 of the wire's lines are still tensioned. 3. The breakables must please be supplemented. There was e.g. only 7 large plates - a little less than 6 take a holiday there. 4. Could do with an extra wooden board, bread tin. 5. The wind blows the house's inner doors terribly shut. Door stoppers, brackets or magnets will be welcome.

The house's nice space, enough bathrooms and social areas in a beautiful destination like Bettys Bay, is a winning recipe for a wonderful holiday. Good value and quite well located.
Nice break and layout for a good holiday. Alarm system was a bit difficult to understand. But otherwise great.
Lovely home with an immaculate garden. Beautiful view of the mountain from the sunny, enclosed porch. Most of the home is easily accessed with a wheelchair, including 2 roll-in showers, toilets are accessible from the front and side (no grab rails in the house). 2 steps into the house and one small step down onto an enclosed porch. Bed linen is of high quality, always a bonus. Another thoughtful touch is that the light switches are individually labelled.
We had a great time and Ali kept us informed all the time about when we should arrive and is very friendly. We had a great time, nice, big, spacious house.
We had a bit of a struggle with DStv Now the Friday, but came on the sat. That was the only problem for me. Very minor.

Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon reservation of the property, with the remaining balance due two days prior to arrival, payable into the designated bank account.
Payment of the deposit will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, thereby securing the reservation.
Upon arrival, the guest and their invitees are expected to carefully review the Special Instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their invitees throughout the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in compliance with the rules outlined in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the owner’s property—including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items—will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon demand. Guests must notify Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages before departure.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool, wooden hot tub, or jacuzzi.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay, the property becomes unfit for occupancy during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.
The owner and Be in Betty's Bay reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if the guest or their invitees behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay.
Guests must observe the local quiet hours, which begin at 22:00.
