If the kettles could be checked before when they clean if they are working, couldn't report it as there was no time but morning coffee would have done. . I understand it says the departure time should be 10:00 but the ladies who are cleaning shouldn't rush us.
It was not very clean, but otherwise ok.
The man on reception went out of his way to walk me to the shop after I was unhappy that there was no restaurant as they advertised and then struggled to get in and out of the gate but wasn't his fault been very busy. I think they should have 2 people at reception to help when there are big bookings, otherwise neat and clean and quiet.
We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The breakfast is excellent. However, there is a but ─ some light bulbs need replacing, outdoor and living room lights. Microwave oven and shower head also need attention.
Staff friendly. Would only like a milk product for evening coffee/tea for late arrivals.
Affordable accommodation for one night stay. Rooms were neat.
Service could be greatly improved. Aircon didn't work, lots of water leaking on carpets. Fan in room wants to fall out of roof if set to slow. Tv not working. Workers work with them
The man at reception was drunk that morning. No towels in room. Very noisy and busy. Honked all night due to no buttons for gate.
We spent the night there when my wife had to go on a course, my daughter and I were very satisfied with the unit and the breakfast was also very nice, it's a very nice garden and the koi fish were very nice to look at.
Very neat and clean, water pressure is just very weak.

Had a great stay and would stay there again.
The reception desk was unmanned upon our arrival and there was no one in the front building to assist. However, there was no other problem and the accommodation met our expectations.
The linen was clean but the towels were old. The air conditioning didn't work and we had to pay R200 for the remote, which is refunded when you return it. There wasn't any shampoo or a hairdryer in the room. Parking was a problem when all the rooms were full. The place is basic and wouldn't stay there voluntarily again.

Parking is a bit tight.
I was there to take my son to the swimming gala. The whole day we sit next to the pool in warm sunshine again, when we finally calm down in our room the guests opposite us are busy with a "room party" and with the hum and "ref" of his BMW car and drinking with pals we were woken up at 11 o'clock! At 5 o'clock in the morning those guests come back with cheers and again with a raucous noise. I called the reception. For me, it really shouldn't have even been necessary to call in the first place. Those guests should have already been evicted from the guest house. You have such a nice hostel, but your guests are some of the worst choices. If we weren't so busy with the gala, I would really want my money back and stay with some of the other members of our club.
The rooms are very well equipped, nicely clean and there is friendly service.
